ABSTRACT
El presente trabajo plantea como finalidad describir la representación cognitiva sobre el tema del medio ambiente que poseen dos grupos de estudiantes: 1) 57 de biología y 2) 64 de psicología, a través de simulaciones computacionales utilizando el método de Redes Asociativas Pathfinder. A los estudiantes se les solicitó que definieran 7 conceptos relacionados con el tema: medio ambiente, contaminación, naturaleza, ciudad, ecología, deforestación y reciclaje; a través de la técnica de las redes semánticas naturales. Los datos obtenidos sirvieron para efectuar las simulaciones computacionales. Los hallazgos demuestran que los dos grupos tienen representaciones semejantes en conceptos relacionados a sus experiencias, pero también hay diferencias en aquellos conceptos que tienen que ver con sus conocimientos y preferencias en especial para los jóvenes de biología...
This work aims to describe the cognitive representation on the subject of the environment that two groups of students have: 1) 57 of biology and 2) 64 of psychology, through computer simulations using the method of Pathfinder Associative Networks. Students are asked that they define 7 concepts related to the subject, these are: environment, pollution, nature, city, ecology, deforestation and recycling; through the technique of natural semantic networks. The data obtained was used to carry out computer simulations.
