ABSTRACT
The authors report the observation of a 60 years old woman with a synovial osteochondromatosis of the elbow treated by total synovectomy. The result is a good as for all symptoms. They discuss about etiology, pathogeny, diagnosis and therapeutical treatment

Authors give us a list of one hundred and three cases of breaking of legs' bones. Seventy closed breaking and thirty three opened breaking. They describe their therapeutic attitude and analyse their results. The orthopedic treatment which is spread out over the conventional limits has given good health in most cases. But this attitude is not the only one. However, the authors think that the conservative treatment stays basic therapeutical of leg's breaking
