ABSTRACT
A 17 year old young man, presented with a dark brown mass in the anterior chamber of the right eye. The vision, tension and pupillary reactions were normal. The mass proved to be cystic on biomicroscopic examination. The cyst was treated by argon laser photocoagulation. The case was followed up for 9 months without untoward reactions
