ABSTRACT
This work shows the radiological appearances of the male urethra in 44 patients with bilharzial urethral complications. Urethrography was performed using hytrast as a contrast medium. Radiograms were made in both the anteroposterior and oblique portions. The results were analysed. Fifteen patients showed urethral fistula, seven had urethral stricture and twenty two showed urethral distula, seven had urethral stricture and twenty two showed combination of the both. The pathology of the lesions had been described. The radiological appearances had been described and discussed

Crossed renal ectopia is a rare congenital anomaly which may give difficulty in diagnosis and management. Eleven cases are reported during a period of six years. Nine were males and two were females, their ages ranged between 20-45 years. Four cases were complicated by calculi. All cases were investigated by the conventional radiological techniques and in four cases angiography by the selective renal and/or semiselective technique was performed in addition. The relative merits are discussed, the pathogenesis is mentioned and the literature is reviewed
