ABSTRACT

The study of concentration of seven antibacterial drugs [Kanamycin, Cotrimoxazole. ErytHromycin, Thiophenicol, Oxytetracycline, Sodium epicillin and Dicloxacillin] in serum and prostatic fluid showed that three of them [Kanamycin, Cotrimoxazoley and Thiophenicol] were secreted significantly, in the prostatic fluid in an effective concentrations. The other drugs were secreted in little amounts. The statistical analysis showed that there is a correlation between the concentration of Kanamycin in serum and in the prostatic fluid, while the other drugs showed no correlation
