ABSTRACT
The KAP study was undertaken between June and July 1991 on the acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) among 499 adults and 513 school pupils of three communities of mixed Shangaan and Shona tribes in Chiredzi district which is situated in the lowveld of Zimbabwe. The results of the study are contained in the report
