ABSTRACT
This study assessed the change in leadership quality of nurses after their internship year. Using a leadership quality scale a pretest was given to 95 nurses before beginning of internship year. The post-test was given to 70 nurses of the same group during the last two weeks of this year. A difference was noticed in the levels of leadership quality after the internship year, but this difference is not significant. A suitable program must be planned to achieve a good quality for internship year graduated nurses
