Giant Retroperitoneal Liposarcoma.

Liposarcoma, the most common type of retroperitoneal tumor, usually presents late with average weight of 15-20 kg, mostly in men. Surgery is considered to be gold standard even in giant retroperitoneal liposarcomas. We report a case of 65 year old man with a giant retroperitoneal liposarcoma and show that large tumor size is not necessarily a contraindication to surgical resection.

Mesentric Panniculitis : A Rare Clinical Entity.

Mesenteric panniculitis is a rare, fibrosing inflammatory disease of the mesentery. Its presents with a variety of symptoms and is diagnosis is mostly by CT scan abdomen. We present a case report of a 48 years old gentleman with symptoms of mainly pain abdomen. He was treated conservatively and subsequently improved.
