ABSTRACT
A case of primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma arising in the nasal cavity is described. A 43-year-old Arab man presented with a three month history of nasal obstruction and epistaxis. The diagnosis was confirmed by histological examination of a biopsy specimen which showed a diffuse, large cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of B-cell phenotype and was staged as IE by the Ann-Arbor staging system. The patient died from his illness after six months from the initial dose of chemotherapy regimen. The clinical presentation, pathological features and clinical course of this tumor are discussed with a review of the literature
