ABSTRACT
Se describen las características de una aplicación informática desarrollada, con el propósito de informatizar la gestión de un evento en el Sistema Nacional de Salud. La aplicación consiste en un producto de Plone,que modifica el sitio en el cual se instala, y además permite a los miembros de un comité organizador o científico efectuar un evento en línea con un flujo de trabajo, interactuar con el sitio web, almacenar las ponencias, conferencias ;así como comentar los trabajos.
This paper describes the characteristics of the application developed with the aim of computerizing the management of an event held in the national health system. The application consists of a product for Plone, modifying the site in which it is installed. These allow members of an organizing committee or scientific organizing the event through a workflow and interact with the site, store presentations, conferences and discuss the work online.
