ABSTRACT
Este estudo objetivou entender o cuidado em saúde produzido pelo fisioterapeuta no Núcleo de Apoio à Saúde da Família. Trata-se de um estudo com abordagem qualitativa de caráter exploratório,em que foram entrevistados 14 indivíduos por meio de entrevista semiestruturada. A partir disso, os entrevistados foram divididos em três grupos, sendo o grupo I composto por gestores, grupo II por profissionais de saúde e grupo III por usuários. A análise dos dados foi executada a partir da análise de conteúdo. Nos resultados, foi observado que a atuação do fisioterapeuta na Atenção Básica ainda está em processo de construção e as dificuldades relatadas precisam ser superadas diante das experiências conhecidas. Portanto, para que sejam possíveis transformações, a instituição da educação permanente em saúde de forma institucional e horizontalizada, o que possibilitaria a construção de projetos terapêuticos interdisciplinares, e a discussão para que haja uma (re)orientação na formação do fisioterapeuta são de fundamental importância, com o intuito de produzir um cuidado integral à população assistida.
This study aimed to understand the health care provided by the physiotherapist in the Support Center for Family Health. This is a qualitative study of exploratory nature. Fourteen individuals were interviewed using a semi-structured interview. After this, the respondents were divided into three groups, with group I consisting of managers, group II of Healthcare Professionals and group III of Users. Data analysis was performed using content analysis. In the results, it was observed that the role of the physiotherapist in primary care is still being built and the reported difficulties need to be overcome on face of known experiences. Therefore, in order that transformations are reached, the institutional and horizontal establishment of permanent education in health care, allowing the construction of interdisciplinary therapeutic projects, and the discussion aiming at a (re) orientation of the education of physiotherapists, are of fundamental importance, in order to produce integral care to the population assisted.
