ABSTRACT
O autor faz na narrativa de sua trajetória no movimento estudantil, desde outubro de 1986, na Pastoral Universitária em Aracaju (SE), até sua atuação como pesquisador, neste trabalho. Na Pastoral conhece textos da Igreja Progressista e os métodos de intervenção desta na sociedade, que o levam a assumir a luta pela libertação de todos os homens e do homem todo. tEm mn período de crise na Faculdade de Medicina da UFS, assmne o Centro Acadêmico e lidera as refonnas estruturais do Hospital Universitário e do Projeto Pedagógico do curso de Medicina, quando começa a discutir e problematizar as questões relacionadas ao ensino médico no Brasil. Participa de ECEMs, COBREMs, CONEEMs, e passa a fazer parte das lideranças do movimento estudantil nacional de medicina, quando assmne a presidência da DENEM em 1991. Na DENEM, se utiliza do método do planejamento estratégico para reestruturar tinternamente a entidade e legitimá-Ia junto aos estudantes, reorganizando as agendas dos fóruns do movimento estudantil de medicina. Ainda cÇ>mo membro da DENEM, ingressa na CINAEM, na figura de representante discente. Durante a elaboração da 23 fase do projeto, que visa conhecer e analisar a realidade das escolas médicas do Brasil, propõe a utilização do planejamento estratégico situacional para avaliar o modelo pedagógico das escolas médicas. Passa então a integrar a equipe técnica do Projeto CINAEM - 23 fasê. tNeste, realiza oficinas de avaliação das escolas médicas, nas quais compareceram 50 das 83 escolas convidadas, com a participação de representantes docentes e discentes de cada escola...
The author makes a narrative of his career in the student movement, since October 1986, at the University Pastoral in Aracaju (Sergipe), until his actuation as a researcher in this work. In a crisis period in Medical College at Sergipe Federal University, he takes over the Academic Centre and leads the structural reforms of the University Hospital and of the Medical College's Pedagogic Project, when he begins to discuss and study questions related to medical teaching in Brasil. T akes part of several meetings about medical teaching and becomes one of the leaders of the medicine students' national movement when he takes over the presidency of the National Directory ofMedicine Students (DENEM), in 1991. At the DENEM, he uses the strategic planning method to restructure internally the entity .and to legitimate it among the students, reorganising the agenda of the medicine students movement's foruns. As a DENEM member, he takes part of National Inter Institutional Commission for the Evaluation of Medical Teaching (CINAEM) as a students' representative .During the preparation of the second part of the project, that intends to be acquainted with the brasilian medical school's reality, proposes the utilisation ofthe situational strategic planning to evaluate the pedagogical model of the medical schools and enters into the technical staff of .CINAEM's Project-2nd parto At this project, makes workshops for the evaluation of the medical schools which counts with the presence of fifty of the eighty-three schools invited, with the participation of teachers and students representatives of each school...
