Construindo uma proposta de avaliação de estágios curriculares na rede SUS-BA / Building an evaluation proposal for academic internships in the SUS-BAHIA network

Trata-se de uma comunicação sobre o projeto institucional de pesquisa que tem como objetivo a construção de uma proposta de avaliação dos estágios curriculares na rede do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS-BA), envolvendo atores da academia - Escola de Enfermagem-grupo GERIR, da Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA) - e do serviço público - Escola Estadual de Saúde Pública (EESP), da Secretaria de Saúde do Estado da Bahia (SESAB) - em todas as etapas e de forma compartilhada. O projeto foi aprovado pela Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado da Bahia (FABESP), para financiamento no primeiro semestre de 2007. Classifica-se como uma pesquisa interessada operacional. Pretende-se construir uma proposta de avaliação, tomando como ponto de partida cursos de saúde da UFBA, elaborando um conjunto de indicadores, com base no referencial teórico da concepção de espaços multirreferenciais de aprendizagem, de formação e em documentos oficiais e reguladores dos estágios curriculares. Serão ainda utilizadas informações obtidas nos grupos focais e nominais. Espera-se que a proposta dê visibilidade aos problemas de ordem institucional, operacional e pedagógico que dificultam o desenvolvimento desses espaços de aprendizagem, bem como aos fatores que os facilitam e contribuem para maior integração entre formação e trabalho, teoria e prática.

This is a report about the institutional research project that aims to build an evaluation proposal for academic internships in the National Health System of the state of Bahia (SUS-Ba). It involves academics from the Nursing School – GERIR group, from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), from public services – State School of Public Health (EESP), and from the Health Department from the State of Bahia (SESAB) in all stages and participating collectively. The project was approved by the Research Promotion Foundation from the State of Bahia (FAPESB), for financing during first semester of 2007. This is an operational interested research. It aims to build an evaluation proposal, departing from UFBA’s health graduation courses, and elaborating a group of indicators based on theoretical referentials on the conception of multi-referential learning spaces, formation, and on official documents and on academic internship guidelines. Information from focal and nominal groups will be used. The study aims to illustrate institutional, operational, and pedagogical problems that difficult the development of these learning spaces, as well as factors that promote them, contributing to better integration between formation and work, theory and practice.

Humanização nos serviços: experiência voltada à educação permanente / Humanizing services: a permanent education oriented experience

Este trabalho é um relato de experiência voltado ao processo de humanização em um serviço de saúde mental. Apresenta algumas reflexões sobre formação e qualificação do trabalho em saúde, na perspectiva da educação permanente. Descreve investimentos educativos nas relações de trabalho como um dos fatores de sustentação de mudanças de um modelo assistencial. O Hospital Especializado Lopes Rodrigues, situado em Feira de Santana (BA), passa atualmente por um momento político-institucional desencadeado pelo processo da Reforma Psiquiátrica Brasileira. Esta experiência tornou-se prioritária, diante das necessidades vivenciadas pelo conjunto dos trabalhadores, no que diz respeito às mudanças nas relações de trabalho compatíveis com as atuais diretrizes. Com início em 2003, esta experiência conquistou progressivamente o interesse dos trabalhadores durante o período de 2004, com perspectivas de desdobramento em outras ações em 2005.

This study is a report of the experience of the humanization process of a mental health service. It presents reflections about the formation and qualification of health work, in the perspective of permanent education. It describes educational investments in work relations as one of the factors of sustainable change of an assistance model. The Lopes Rodrigues Specialized Hospital, located in the city of Feira de Santana, Bahia, is currently going through a politicalinstitutional period brought about by the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform process. This experience became priority due to needs experienced by the group of workers, in regards with the changes in work relations compatible with current management groups. Started in 2003, this experience reached, progressively, the interest of the workers during the period of 2004, illustrating potential of multiplying to other activities in 2005.

Projeto INTEGRARE: integração dos serviços de DST e AIDS de uma Secretaria Estadual de Saúde / INTEGRARE Project: integration of DST and AIDS services in a State Health Departament

Este trabalho relata a experiência do Projeto INTEGRARE. É fruto da parceria entre a Escola Estadual de Saúde Pública Professor Peixoto de Magalhães Netto (EESP) e o Centro de Referência Estadual de AIDS (CREAIDS), com objetivo de contribuir para maior integração institucional, em função da reestruturação organizacional da Secretaria da Saúde do Estado da Bahia (SESAB), que unificou os Centros de Referência em DST e em AIDS. Constou de reuniões entre a equipe técnica da EESP e do CREAIDS e de 3 módulos de trabalho- o primeiro com coordenadores, o segundo com trabalhadores (6 turmas) e o terceiro de avaliação com representantes de todas as turmas. Utilizou-se da metodologia da Problematização e de abordagem teórico-vivencial, que possibilitou a análise e discussão do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), além da reflexão sobre aspectos éticos e relacionais da prática profissional. O trabalho proporcionou maior aproximação entre Diretoria, coordenadores e trabalhadores, e a reflexão sobre o momento atual da organização, contextualizando-a no SUS. Sugere-se a continuidade do Projeto com a finalidade de envolver o máximo de trabalhadores e, com isso, fortalecer a identidade coletiva do novo Centro, contribuindo para a sua maior efetividade no SUS.

This study relates the experience of the INTEGRARE Project and the result of the partnership between the State Public Health School Professor Francisco Peixoto Magalhães Netto (EESP) and the State Center of Reference in AIDS (CREAIDS). The objective of the study was to contribute to the improvement of institutional integration, according to the organizational restructuring of the Department of Health from the State of Bahia, which united the reference centers for DST and AIDS. This consisted of meetings between the technical teams of EESP and CREAIDS. It included three work modules, the first phase included coordinators, the second workers (six groups), and the third, evaluations with representatives from all groups. The methodology utilized included Problem solving and a theoretical-experimental approach, which enabled the analysis and discussion of the National Health System (SUS). It also allowed for the reflection of ethical and related aspects of professional practice. This study enabled a broader approach between directors, coordinators, and workers, as well as a reflection about the actual organizational period, in the context of SUS. The continuation of the project is recommended, with the objective of involving the maximum number of workers and, therefore, strengthening the collective identity of the new center, contributing to its effectiveness in SUS.
