The problem of huge defects in the radius and it's solution by radializing the ulna is discussed. Two cases are presented. The goal is to reconstruct and salvage the forearm, which has massive anatomical and functional loss, with the smallest number of operative procedures in order to achieve good cosmetic and functional results after loss of the radial diaphysis
