ABSTRACT

Objective:To translate the English version of Sexual Interest and Desire Inventory-Female (SIDI-F) into Chinese, evaluate its reliability, validity and the proper cut-off point of diagnosis of hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD) in China. Methods:Chinese version of SIDI-F was developed and 96 healthy women from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 in Taihe Hospital, Shiyan City, Hubei Province were selected to fill in the Chinese version of SIDI-F and the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI). Next, analyzed the reliability, validity and the cut-off point of diagnosis of HSDD of the SIDI-F.Results:The Cronbach coefficient of the Chinese version of SIDI-F was 0.931, split-half reliability was 0.922, the intra-group correlation coefficient was 0.805. Analysis of content validity of the SIDI-F indicated that the average of scale-level content validity index was 1.00, the item-level content validity index was 1.00, and the Pearson correlation coefficient between the score of SIDI-F and the erotica score of the FSFI (FSFI-D) was 0.802. Factor analysis of the Chinese version of SIDI-F showed good construct validity. The area under ROC was 0.835. With the SIDI-F score and the best cut-off point of 26.5, Youden index was the largest, at 0.635. The validity indicators were 76.7% for sensitivity, 86.8% for specificity, 5.95 for positive likelihood ratio. Conclusions:The Chinese version of SIDI-F has high reliability and validity in Chinese population, and these show 26.5 point can be used as the best cut-off value of diagnose HSDD.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the general surgeon growth time, and to probe into the factors affecting the surgeon growth. Methods 72 surgeons who worked more than 15 years in the field of general surgery in 12 hospitals of Gansu Province were investigated, focusing on education, resident rotation train-ing, teachers' qualification, refresher training, the frequency of intra-hospital technical exchange, and scale of hospital employed. SPSS 18.0 statistical software was applied to analyze the data. t test was used in com-parison between groups, and multiple groups were compared by using single factor analysis of variance. Results The surgeon growth time was (9.84±1.51) years averagely. In the process of growing up, the growth time of the general surgeons who experienced hospital resident rotated training, refresher training, intra-hos-pital technical exchange was significantly shorter than that of no-related-experienced surgeons. The higher the education, the higher the quality of the teachers and the higher the level of medical institutions, the shorter the doctor's growth time. Conclusion In the same medical institutions, the resident rotated training, the teacher's qualification, higher hospital training, and the frequency of intra-hospital technical exchange have the positive function to the surgeon's general growth, so in making young doctor training plan we should consider the value of the above-mentioned factors.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the influence of mediating/moderating effects of health skills on the relations between health knowledge and health behaviors in college students. Methods Stratified cluster random sampling was used among 2 181 students, selected in several colleges in Changsha,Hunan province.EpiData 3.0 was adopted to establish the database.Correlation and regression analyses were performed by SPSS 17.0.Results Positive correlations were seen on:1)Knowledge and skills on health (r=0.592,P<0.01),2)Knowledge and behaviors on health (r=0.647,P<0.01),3)Health skills and health behaviors (r=0.629,P<0.01).The mediating effect of health skills on the relations between health knowledge and health behaviors was significant (34.55%).The interaction effect of "health skill × (times) related knowledge" was significant (β =-0.093,t =-5.212,P=0.000).New variables that were produced by the interaction also reached significant level (△R2=0.006,P=0.000),resulted in increasing the explanation function to health behaviors by 0.6%.Conclusion Health skills could partially mediate the effects and moderate the relationship between health knowledge and health behaviors among college students.
