ABSTRACT
A estética tem sido um fator dominante no direcionamento do desenvolvimento da Implantodontia envolvendo, além da anatomia do dente a ser substituído, a aparência saudável e harmônica do tecido periimplantar. A cirurgia plástica periodontal envolve várias técnicas para o tratamento de deformidades ou deficiências mucogengivais e periimplantares e, muitas vezes esses procedimentos requerem o uso de enxerto de tecido gengival associado ao tecido ósseo. O enxerto de tecido conjuntivo e o enxerto ósseo com área doadora de tuber têm sido empregados em momentos diferentes com alto índice de sucesso para obtenção de estética, função e saúde da mucosa periimplantar. O objetivo deste trabalho foi relatar um caso clínico em que o enxerto de tecido conjuntivo foi usado simultaneamente ao enxerto em bloco extraídos da região de tuber da maxila para ganho de volume tecidual periimplantar.
The aesthetic has been a dominant factor in driving the development of the implantology involved, the anatomy of the tooth to be replaced, healthy and harmonious appearance of the peri-implant tissue. The periodontal plastic surgery involves various techniques for the treatment of deformities mucogengivais and peri-implant, and these procedures often require the use of gum tissue graft associated to bone. The connective tissue graft and bone graft donor site with the tuber have been used at different times with a high success rate for obtaining aesthetics, function and health of the periimplant mucosa. The objective of this study was to report a clinical case in which the connective tissue graft was used simultaneously to block graft to gain peri-implant tissue volume.
