ABSTRACT
Este artigo faz parte da devolutiva dos resultados de uma pesquisa realizada em 2013, em duas comunidades quilombolas, localizadas em Garanhuns/PE. A pesquisa é qualitativa e buscou investigar os significados do uso de álcool entre os(as) jovens, considerando a perspectiva da interseccionalidade. A devolutiva foi constituída por duas etapas: na primeira entramos em contato com os(as) jovens participantes da pesquisa e combinamos a devolutiva. Em seguida, realizamos uma oficina e discutimos os resultados da pesquisa abordando de modo interseccional as questões de gênero, classe social e raça/etnia em relação ao consumo de álcool por jovens das comunidades. os(as) participantes foram bem receptivos aos resultados da pesquisa, apresentados em formato de pequenas histórias, e destacaram: as diversas formas de violência contra as mulheres nas comunidades; o uso de bebidas alcoólicas relacionado à ausência de equipamentos de lazer; e o preconceito sofrido por serem negros(as) e/ou quilombolas, o que ganha relevo quando circulam nos espaços urbanos da cidade, em geral, e no contexto escolar, em especial. Essas questões chamam atenção para que pesquisas e intervenções sejam realizadas nas comunidades, no intuito de contribuir para o enfrentamento das diversas desigualdades sociais que historicamente têm marcado a vida da população quilombola.
This article is part of the return of the results of a survey conducted in 2013, in two quilombola communities, located in Garanhuns/PE. The research is qualitative and sought to investigate the meanings of alcohol use among the young considering the intersectionality perspective. The devolution was constituted by two stages: in the first, we contacted the young participants of the research and we combined the devolution. Next, we held a workshop and discussed the results of the survey. We addressed issues of gender, social class and race/ethnicity in relation to alcohol consumption by youth in the communities. Participants were very receptive to the results of the research, presented in small story format, and highlighted: the various forms of violence against women in the communities; The use of alcoholic beverages related to the absence of leisure equipment; And the prejudice suffered by being black and/or quilombolas, which gains importance when they circulate in the urban spaces of the city in general and in the school context in particular. These issues call attention to the fact that research and interventions are carried out in the communities, in order to contribute to the confrontation of the various social inequalities that historically have marked the life of the quilombola population.
