ABSTRACT
A perícia psicológica consiste no exame de determinada situação buscando legitimar a ocorrência do dano psicológico e possibilitar que seja solicitada sua reparação por meio de uma indenização, caso caracterize uma lesão que implique alterações significativas no equilíbrio emocional da vítima. Objetivou-se analisar o processo de perícia psicológica na atuação dos psicólogos concursados pelo estado de Santa Catarina, contemplando: a descrição das atividades que o psicólogo realiza; o levantamento das principais técnicas psicológicas utilizadas; a identificação das principais doenças ocupacionais diagnosticadas e a verificação dos encaminhamentos realizados e benefícios concedidos pelos psicólogos. A pesquisa foi de cunho qualitativo e quantitativo, do tipo exploratório, com a utilização de questionário e entrevista com oito psicólogos que realizam perícia psicológica extrajudicial e atuam na Diretoria de Saúde do Servidor da Secretaria de Administração do Estado de Santa Catarina. Os resultados foram analisados por meio da análise de conteúdo e da distribuição de frequência simples. Verificou se que as principais atividades realizadas são a avaliação psicológica, o reconhecimento do dano psicológico e a elaboração de documentos psicológicos. As técnicas psicológicas utilizadas foram a entrevista, a anamnese, a observação e as técnicas psicológicas padronizadas. As doenças mais frequentemente diagnosticadas foram depressão e transtornos de ansiedade e de humor. Os encaminhamentos realizados e benefícios concedidos pelo psicólogo com maior frequência são as licenças para tratamento à saúde, os benefícios de remoção e readaptação e a orientação para atendimento psicológico.
Psychological survey consists in the examination of a certain situation in order to legitimize the occurrence of psychological damage and allow that its repair be requested by means of indemnification if the damage caused involves significant alterations in the emotional balance of the victim. The objective was to analyze the process of psychological survey in the practice of psychologists permanently assigned by the state of Santa Catarina, comprising: the description of the activities that the psychologist carries out; the survey of the main psychological techniques used; the identification of the main occupational diseases diagnosed and the verification of referrals made and benefits granted by the psychologists. The exploratory research was of qualitative and quantitative nature, with the use of questionnaires and interviews with eight psychologists who carry out extrajudicial psychological surveys and work in the Public Health Board of the Administration Secretariat of the State of Santa Catarina. The results were analyzed through content analysis and simple frequency distribution. It was observed that the main activities carried out are psychological examination, recognition of psychological damage and preparation of psychological documents. The psychological techniques used were interview, anamnesis, observation and standardized psychological techniques. The most frequently diagnosed disorders were depression, anxiety and mood disorders. The referrals made and the benefits most commonly granted by the psychologist are licenses for health treatment, removal and rehabilitation benefits and guidance for psychological care.
