ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of C-TIRADS combined with artificial intelligence-assisted diagnosis S-Detect technology in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules. Methods:A total of 237 thyroid nodules patients (237 thyroid nodules)with ultrasound examination and definitive pathologic results in Henan Cancer Hospital from April to September 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The nodules were diagnosed according to C-TIRADS guidelines, and then by S-Detect technology combined with C-TIRADS guidelines. The ROC curve was plotted with the pathological results as the gold standard, and the area under the ROC curve, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis results between the two groups were compared. Results:Among the 237 thyroid nodules, 105 were benign and 132 were malignant. The area under the ROC curve of C-TIRADS diagnosis alone and C-TIRADS diagnosis combined with artificial intelligence were 0.869 and 0.942 respectively, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ 2=36.11, P<0.001); When Category 4A was used as the cutoff value of benign and malignant differential diagnosis, the specificity and accuracy of C-TIRADS classification of artificial intelligence-assisted diagnosis was significantly higher than that of C-TIRADS alone, and the difference was statistically significant(83.81% vs 47.62%, 90.72% vs 75.53%, all P<0.05). Conclusions:C-TIRADS combined with artificial intelligence-assisted diagnosis S-Detect technology has a high efficiency in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules and can improve the specificity and accuracy of thyroid nodules diagnosis and reduce unnecessary biopsy.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To analyze the current situation of falls in elderly patients with infirmity, and find out the related risk factors of injuries caused by falls, so as to provide reference for avoiding or reducing the injuries caused by falls in elderly patients with infirmity during hospitalization. Methods:Using the method of data mining, this paper analyzed the data of 56 elderly patients with falls reported by a tertiary hospital in Liaoning Province from January 1, 2017 to April 30, 2020. Through the Apriori algorithm for association analysis, using chi square test for effectiveness evaluation, and then according to the relevant professional knowledge for analysis. Results:Finally obtained six strong association rules with the elderly infirmity inpatients fall injury, which were poor sleep quality, poor activity ability, taking fall prone drugs, falling state for displacement, suffering from cerebrovascular disease, self-care ability was limited. Conclusion:Association analysis can be used to mine valuable association rules of fall injury in elderly patients, and attach importance to its strong association rules, so as to provide clinical intervention basis for preventing or reducing fall injury in elderly patients.

ABSTRACT

Orthopedic implants are widely applied and achieved favorable effects. However, the safety, efficacy and other ethics problems exist because the implants will stay in body for a long period of time.In addition, patients have different extent of functional impairment, and self-care ability reduction even loss when they are admitted to the hospital,so their mental condition needs great attention. This paper summarized and discussed mental and ethical problems between doctors and patients during diagnosis and treatment so as to provide self-control for future treatment.

ABSTRACT

[Objective]To investigate the methord of nursing care of patients with cervical fracture-dislocation and spinal cord injuries during the perioperative period.[Method]Fifty-six patients with cervical fracture-dislocation and spinal cord injuries experienced preoperative training, psychology nursing and posture exercise, and postoperative position nursing and founctional exercising. The improvement of spinal cord founction was observed.[Result]All patients were followed up from 6 to 31 months, with an average of 17.6 months.According to JOA scores, the preoperative scores was from 0 to 13,with an average of 7.76 points. The postoperative score was 6-17 with an average of 10.3.The relief rate was 68.5%.Satisfaction rate was 74.1%.[Conclusion]The perioperative nursing is important for preventing and lessening complications, achieving good operative effect and promoting rehabilitation.
