ABSTRACT
Introdução:a Política Nacional de Educação Permanente em Saúde ampliou os aspectos pedagógicos utilizados para expressar as relações entre ensino e serviços, buscando tornar a rede pública de saúde em uma rede de ensino-aprendizagem no trabalho. Objetivo:Relatar a experiência do uso da Educação Permanente em Saúde como propulsora de questionamentos no agir e no pensar do processo de trabalho em equipe na Estratégia Saúde da Família. Métodologia: A experiência, iniciada em 2014 e perene na atualidade, foi desenvolvida a partir da problematização de situações cotidianas dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde através de Rodas de Conversa e Tenda do Conto, enquanto instrumentos promotores de reflexão e debate sobre temas mobilizadores. Os encontros foram mediados por preceptores e profissionais que atuam em uma unidade de saúde da família do distrito Sanitário VII na cidade do Recife.Resultados: A vivência trouxe reflexões sobre a prática do agente comunitário fundamentadas no referencial da educação permanente enquanto propulsora de movimentos capazes de gerar mudanças no mundo do trabalho; favoreceu a criação de uma caixa de ferramentas para sistematizar o trabalho desse profissional, permitindo a proposição de mudanças na dinâmica de visitação domiciliar enquantodispositivo de reflexão trazido a partir das necessidades dos usuários da Estratégia Saúde da Família.Conclusões: Os processos de Educação Permanente serão exitosos somente se gerados juntos de propostas de mudança institucional na qual a mesma educação possa se inserir como estratégia. Esta experiência nos permite afirmar que este tipo de educação pode ser efetiva na modificação dos processos de trabalhos, assumindo papel de instrumento revelador das necessidades reais de transformação das práticas uma vez que o turbilhão de ideias disparadas a partir de cada encontro promovem, no itinerário de suas ondas e dobras, a necessidade de revisitar as práticas e repensá-la criticamente a luz das necessidades dos usuários e do serviço (AU).
Introduction:the National Policy of Permanent Education in Health has extended the pedagogical aspects used to express the relationships between teaching and services, seeking to become thepublic health network a network of teaching and learning at work.Objective: to report the experience of use of permanent education in health as a promoter of questions on the act and on the thinking of the process of teamwork in the family health strategy.Methodology: the experience, starting in 2014 and perennial today, was developed from the problematization of everyday situations of community health agents through round of conversation and tent of the tale, as instruments of promotersreflection and debate on matters mobilisers. The meetings were mediated by tutors and professionals who work in a family health unit Health VII District in the city of Recife.Results: The experience brought reflections on the practice of community agentsbased on Permanent Education frame while movements able to generate driving changes in the world of work; favoured the creation of a toolbox to systematize the work of this professional, allowing the proposal of dynamic changes of home visitation while the reflection device brought from the needs of the users of The family health strategy.Conclusions: The processes of Permanent Education will be successful only if raised together proposals for institutional change in which the same education can enter as a strategy. This experience allows us to affirm that this kind of education can be effective in modifying the work processes, assuming role of developer tool of the real needs of transformation of practices as the "pororoca", or tidal bore fired from each encounter promote, on the itinerary of its waves and folds, the need to revisit and rethink practices critically to light the needs of users and the service (AU).
