ABSTRACT

The elements of the teaching system driven by the "Internet +" era are undergoing fundamental changes . Intelligent teaching platform is gradually becoming an important guarantee of the reform of teaching system elements for educators while they are teaching. With the support of intelligent teaching platform, the elements of teaching system break through the limitation of classroom teaching, the traditional structure of teacher-centered is disintegrating, the individual roles of teachers and students are being reconstructed , the teaching content is greatly enriched , and the function of teaching media is becoming more and more intelligent. This thesis, which will take the learning support function of the WeChat Public Platform of "Medical History" as an example by drawing lessons from the reversed classroom teaching mode, carries out the mixed teaching model of Chinese Medical History course by three stages: pre-class autonomous learning, in-class knowledge perfection and after-class knowledge transfer. It will elaborate its overall influence on the elements of the teaching system of Chinese Medical History and its important technical support for the reform of classroom teaching structure.

ABSTRACT

With the development of business of manned spaceflight, the body damage of astronauts on the space en-vironment has received growing concern. Weight loss is the most important cause of various diseases, and the weightlessness muscle atrophy is one of urgent problems to be solved in aerospace medicine. Although there is no concept of weightlessness or weightlessness muscle atrophy in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), TCM can grasp the pathogenesis of complex diseases, and provide important theoretical references for the prevention and management of weightlessness diseases, especially weightlessness muscle atrophy. In this paper, TCM Cognition of weightlessness and the pathogenesis of weightlessness muscle atrophy was studied by the sight of TCM theory of qi hoisting. The discussion was made from aspects of circulation of qi and blood, zang-fu function. This work is wished to be beneficial to apply the TCM theory in aerospace medicine.

ABSTRACT

<p><b>UNLABELLED</b>To study the effect of a Chinese herbal prescription on external calcium deposition to weight-bearing bone in simulated weightlessness rats.</p><p><b>METHOD</b>Twenty-one male Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups: control group, tail suspension group, tail suspension with Chinese medicine group which takes a Chinese herbal prescription extract (containing Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Radix Acanthopanacis Bidentatae, Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Concha Ostreae prepared by acetic acid) by intragastric administration. After 1 week adaption, there start off 3 weeks simulated weightlessness by tail suspension. At the eleventh day of simulated weightlessness, every rat was given one equal dose of 41Ca tracer by intragastric administration. Right femurs were separated as experiment over, and the ratio of 41Ca to 40Ca (41Ca/40Ca) was measured by accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS), while total femur calcium was measured by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES). Femur 41Ca deposition amount (DA) and femur 41Ca deposition ratio (DR) were calculated.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>The results showed that compared with control group, 41Ca/40Ca decreased significantly (P < 0.001) in tail suspension group, while in tail suspension with Chinese medicine group, it significantly increased (P < 0.05). DA and DR were both decreased significantly (P < 0.001) in tail suspension group, but no significant change in tail suspension with Chinese medicine group as compared with control group. Compared with tail suspension group, DA and DR increased significantly (P < 0.001) in tail suspension with Chinese medicine group.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Simulated weightlessness by tail suspension can cause decreased deposition of external calcium to weight-bearing bone, and the Chinese herbal prescription in this trial is effective to prevent the decrease. Moreover, multiple mechanisms may contribute to weightlessness induced osteoporosis, besides calcium deposition disturbance.</p>

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of hindlimb unloaded 3 weeks on bone mineral density of different parts in simulated weightlessness rats, and the effect of Chinese herbal prescriptions on them. Methods 2-month-old male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group(CON),hindlimb unloading group(HU),HU+Chinese herbal prescription group(HUC).During the whole experiment(4 weeks),HUC were given Chinese herbal prescriptions(contains Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosl,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Concha Ostreae, etc),while CON and HU were given equal measures Concha Ostreae prepared by acetic acid. After 1 week of adaption period, weightlessness was simulated by tail suspension in HU and HUC for three weeks.Rats were executed at the end of the fourth week and bone mineral density of 7 differernt parts were determined.BMD of skull bone and second thoracic vertebra were examined by buoyancy method, and fourth lumbar vertebra,humerus,femur,radio-ulna and tibia were examined by bone densitometer. Results Compared with CON,BMD of skull of HU increased significantly(P 0.05),but BMD of lumbar vertebra, femur and tibia were decreased notably(P 0.05).Conclusions The change of hindlimb unloaded 3 weeks on systemic BMD presented certain trend.BMD of skull bone increased, little change on upper limbs and second thoracic vertebra, and fourth lumbar vertebra and hind limbs reduced.Chinese herbal prescriptions had the function to relieve weightlessness osteoporosis, and had positive effect on calcium distribution with weightlessness.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the effects of Chinese medicine compound on bone density, biomechanics, histomorphometry of weightlessness rats simulated by tail suspension. Methods Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 rats each group:control group, model group, and low dose, medium dose and high dose Chinese medicine compound treated suspension group, the experiment period was 21 days. BMD of femur and lumbar vertebrae were detected by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. The femoral biomechanics parameters and anti-compress ability of lumbar vertebrae were measured by three-point assay and compress test respectively. The quantitative structures of non- decalcified bone tissue sections were analyzed by histomorphometry. Result Compared with control group, BMD of femur and lumbar of model group decreased remarkably (P

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the effect of Chinese herb medicine compound on general state and bone-muscle system in simulated weightlessness rats, and to observe the synergistic action of other ingredients in the compound on calcium. Methods Thirty Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups:control group, tail suspend group, tail suspend and medicine group which were given Chinese herb medicine compound by intragastric administration. After 3 weeks simulated weightlessness, body weight (BW), muscle weight (MW) and index (MI) of posterior limb, bone length (BL), wet weight (BWW), index (BI), dry weight (BDW), content of organic (ORG) and inorganic (INO) substance, bone mineral density (BMD), and mechanical properties (MEC) of femur were observed. Results At the middle-later stage of the experiment, BW of tail suspend group decreased significantly (P

ABSTRACT

With the development of business of manned spaceflight in China, physiologic derangement in human body,a serious problem in spaceflight,is dangerous to astronauts,as well as the mission progression. With complex diseases,it is Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) by which we can look through the appearance of disease, and get the essence of change of yin and yang,qi and blood, and zang and fu organs in the body.In this paper, the pathogenesis of space physiologic derangement is studied by the sight of TCM theory of correspondence between human and universe, and discussed from the aspects of yin and yang,qi and xue, zang and fu.The author explored the TCM origin of physiologic derangement in space and the determination of treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs with TCM.This work is wished to be beneficial to the business of space exploration in our mother country.
