ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate two methods for the detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children. Methods The choice of the January 2015-2017 year in January in our hospital 60 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children as the research object, underwent rapid serological tests (control group), rapid detection of microbial culture (observation group), the detailed records of the two group with the experimental data, and the data for comparative analysis and discuss the diagnostic value of two test methods of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children. Results The positive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the positive rate of the children in the age group of 4-8 was higher than that of other age groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection have a higher positive rate of rapid detection of microorganisms, especially in children of 4-8 years of age.It is worthy of wide clinical application.

ABSTRACT

Primary pulmonary mucinous adenocarcinoma with a low incidence,a subtype of lung adeno-carcinoma,occurs in adult males because of its no significant clinical specificity, likely to cause misdiagnosis, and patients with adverse prognosis. Thus,we need further to understand this disease and early diagnosis through a va-riety of methods as soon as possible.Surgical treatment is still the preferred mode of this disease. With addition to resecting lesions,it is also further pathological diagnosis, gene testing, tumor staging and prognosis as well as prep-aration for following-up chemotherapy. In recent years, with the continuous development of genetic technology and innovation, the occurrence of this disease has been found to be related to KRAS gene mutation,ALK gene re-arrangement and its related signal pathway.Related gene mutations and signaling pathways can serve as a target for the treatment of this disease, which provides a variety of ideas for the development of new targeted drugs.How-ever,there are still many problems that need further study, including standard chemotherapy for primary pulmona-ry mucinous adenocarcinoma, drug resistance to targeted drugs, and the development of new KRAS inhibitors. This article reviews the definition of primary pulmonary mucinous adenocarcinoma and pathogenesis, diagnosis and some of the latest treatment methods.

ABSTRACT

[Objective] To study the clinical curative effect in treating 48 cases who suffered diabetes merging cerebral infarction with combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.[Method]89 cases of enrolled patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group(48 cases group) and western medicine group(41 cases group). The 48 cases group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine, while the 41 cases group was only treated with western medicine. The total curative rate was observed in both groups.[Result]The total curative rates were 89.58% and 68.29% in traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group and western medicine group respectively. The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group was superior to that of western medicine group (P

ABSTRACT

Objective To improve work efficiency and lower management cost. Methods Based on experiences from the 95th hospital in six years, PACS application benefits were analysed from such seven aspects as digital film management, economic benefit, efficiency and quality of diagnosis, evidence support for solving medical dispute, simplified treatment procedures, social effect, and remote disgnosis. Results Better economic benefits and social effect were obtained. Conclusion It is proved by practice that construction of PACS in small & midium-sized hospitals is necessary and feasible.

ABSTRACT

The thresholds of the auditory brainstem response, the latencies of different waves, the V/I ratio, and the changes of the latencies of wave I and wave V induced by the modified, repeated click stimulations in 44 cases [88 ears] of asphyxial neonates were studied. Significant differences were noted as compared with the controls, suggesting that the function of the auditory passage of the asphyxial neonates was impaired. When the function was re-examined after the age of 1 1/2 years, the impairment remained progressive which could influence the development of the language and intelligence of neonates. It is important to make an early diagnosis for auditory rehabilitation without delay
