ABSTRACT

In this study we present 250 Cases of patients with a gastritis, confirmed by the histology we has tried to find a connection between the clinical and the histology. We have also remarked the important frequency of typical or untypical Ulcerous syndrome this posed the problem of specificity of this syndrome and the importance of the helicobacter pylori in the genesis of this kind of pain

ABSTRACT

Most of the works agree about the correlation between pyloridi campylobacter and histologic gastritis existence. However, these works are different in the relation existing between, in one hand the activity and the grade of these gastritis and in other hand, the importance of CP presence.The goal of this work is to study in one hand the CP frequency in the chronic gastritis in our land, in other hand, the different correlation existing between the CP presence and the grade, and the gastritis activity and to campare them to those of the literature

ABSTRACT

The authors present 5 cases of primitive Budd- Chiari, gathered between 1985-1988 in Charles Nicolle hospital. The diagnosis was based on the clinical, biological, and the histology. The treatment was the surgery. The prognosis was severe. We find 3 deaths over 4 operated. These results can be better in the future
