ABSTRACT
Even in endemic areas, renal hydatid cysts are rare and come in third place after hepatic and pulmonary hydatid cysts. They are easily diagnosed based on a combination of radiological examination and serological test for hydatidosis. The authors herein present a case of hydatid cyst on polycystic kidney in a 60-year-old patient. They underline the rarity of this pathology and the importance of imaging for its diagnosis
