ABSTRACT
Diagnostic nasosinusal endoscopy nowadays is a ancillary tool in patients with nasosinusal symptoms. It allows an accurate diagnosis in such cases by the endoscopic exmaiantion of nasal cavities. Fiberopticnasal endoscopes and nasal telescopes of several diameters ranging 2 mm to 4 mm are the two kinds of equipment. They are highly sophisticated and expensive and their use must be cautiously considered in a ENT facility
