ABSTRACT

If a paper can be accepted by a journal and finally published, it must go through the 'modification'stage, and the editor will write the modification opinion according to the specific situation of the paper. When the author receives the editor′s modification opinion, he must be treated correctly because it is a matter of paper'life and death'. However, the editor′s modification opinion cannot be fully authoritative, although the author should attach great importance to it, he should treat it correctly. The author should communicate with the editor to improve the quality of the paper.

The improper academic behavior in medical journal had occurred occasionally, this caused the reputation of entire academia very bad, the long-term formation of the scientific, academic honesty,and the pursuit of truth were questioned by the public,and faced an unprecedented credit crisis. In this article,the current status of improper academic behavior in medical journal were analyzed and the countermeasures were explored.

With the scientific development and social progress, people advocate late marriage and late childbirth, and some women because of marriage can't conceive naturally and need to lead to assisted reproduction, the elderly primipara population gradually increased. Postpartum depression is a common mental disease occurring in the puerperium, which seriously endangers the health of mother and baby, especially for the elderly primipara. This article summarized the intervention status of postpartum depression in elderly primipara from the primary prevention and two levels of prevention after birth, and provided the basis for reducing the incidence of postpartum depression.
