Resumen: Este artículo tiene por objeto describir y analizar los procesos que han condicionado los cambios estructurales y societales en Argentina durante el ciclo neoliberal iniciado en 1976 y su consolidación hacia principios del siglo XXI.

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to describe and analyze the processes that have conditioned the structural and societal changes in Argentina during the neoliberal cycle that began in 1976 and its consolidation towards the beginning of the 21st century.
