ABSTRACT
La Neurofibromatosis es una entidad clínica que se clasifica dentro del grupo de las Facomatosis, es una enfermedad dominante autosomal caracterizada por el crecimiento desordenado de tejidos finos ectodérmicos que producen lesiones cutáneas características y malformaciones o tumores del sistema nervioso se divide en NF 1 y NF 2, La neurofibromatosis 1 se considera una enfermedad multisistémica progresiva, hereditaria, rara, con una elevada tasa de mutaciones espontáneas y manifestaciones clínicas muy variadas e impredecibles afectando principalmente el sistema nervioso y la piel, esta es la más común de todas las neurofibromatosis lo que indica una alta incidencia dentro de las enfermedades hereditarias, afectando por igual a hombres y mujeres
Neurofibromatosis is a clinical entity that is classified within the group of facomatosis.It is al illness autosomal dominant characterized by irregular growth of ectodermic thin tissue that produce characteristics cutaneous injuries and malformations or tumors of the nervous system .It is divided in NF1 and NF2 .Neurofibromatosis 1 is considered a prgressive multisystemic illness,hereditary,unusual, with a high rate of spontaneous mutations and different and unpredictable clinical presentation that maainly affects the nervous system and the skin .It is the most common of all neurofibromatosis what indicates a high incidence within hereditary illness that affects men and women as well.
