ABSTRACT

The clinical evolution and patients morbimortality in a 2nd. level attention General Hospital of the Social Security, with diagnosis of locality advanced breast cancer is analyzed. Conventional treatment with chemotherapy and radiotherapy was administered comparing results to patients with toilet mastectomy. Better benefits in groups of palliative mastectomized women was demonstrated.
