ABSTRACT
O manuscrito relata a experiência vivenciada por consultores de saúde da criança no apoio à formulação e implementação de uma Política Nacional de Atenção Integral à Saúde da Criança no âmbito de seis estados do Nordeste no período de 2012 a 2015. As vivências foram catalisadas a partir de um processo formativo com ênfase em um modo de fazer, centrado na construção e valorização dos múltiplos saberes envolvidos na produção de saúde, no fortalecimento de vínculos afetivos, constituição de cartografias nos territórios, de sentidos de grupalidade solidária e melhor compreensão sobre ética do cuidado. Relatos ilustrativos dos territórios foram apresentados como expressão das dificuldades e potencialidades que se descortinam e como o manejo de situações difíceis pode ser propulsor do fortalecimento de coletivos
The study reports the experience lived by child health consultants in the support to the formulation and implementation of a National Policy for Comprehensive Child Health Care within six northeastern states in the period from 2012 to 2014. The experiences were catalyzed from a formative process with emphasis on a way of doing, focused on the construction and valorization of the multiple knowledges involved in the production of health, in the strengthening of affective bonds, cartography constitution in the territories, of senses of sympathetic groupality and better understanding of the ethics of care. Illustrative reports of the territories were presented as an expression of the difficulties and potentials that are revealed and how the handling of difficult situations may be the engine of the strengthening of collectives
