ABSTRACT

El cáncer de mama asociado al embarazo suele ser poco frecuente, en estos casos el manejo de la paciente debe tomar en cuenta la condición fisiológica y el bienestar fetal. El diagnóstico del cáncer de mama durante la gestación suele ser compleja debido a los cambios fisiológicos que ocurren por la influencia hormonal o porque se cree son lesiones benignas. Presentamos el caso de una mujer de 34 años G3 P2 Embarazo de +/- 31 semanas por fecha de ultima menstruación (FUM), tumor de mama derecha, en la cual, durante el tercer trimestre y tercer embarazo se pesquisó un carcinoma mamario derecho unifocal. Sin antecedentes de cáncer mamario familiar ni hereditario. La biopsia transoperatoria reveló carcinoma ductal invasor variedad medular, que fue estadificado como, T2 N0 M0 Estadio IIa. Se realizó una mastectomía radical modificada con disección axilar del primer nivel, con anestesia local, previa a la cirugía se realizó maduración pulmonar.


Breast cancer associated with pregnancy is usually rare, in these cases the management of the patients should consider the physiolo-gical status and fetal well-being. The diagnosis of breast cancer during pregnancy is often complex due to physiological changes that occur with hormonal influence or because it believes are benign lesions. We report the case of a woman 34 years old, G3 P2, pregnancy of +/- 31 weeks by last menstrual period (LMP ) , tumor of the right breast , during the third quarter and third pregnancy was found a right unifocal mammary carcinoma. The patient don't refer family or heredi-tary history of breast cancer. Intraoperative biopsy revealed invasive ductal carcinoma of medullary variety, which was staged as T2 N0 M0 Stage IIa . It was realized a modified radical mastectomy with axillary dissection of first level, with local anesthesia , before surgery was performed lung maturation.
