Formulation and standardization of homoeopathic mother tincture of aegle marmelos

Alcoholic preparations of drugs in Homoeopathy, are called as tincture. The mother tincture of Aegle Marmelos was prepared by cold maceration process. A 260 g of coarse moist magma of Aegle marmelos was macerated with 750 ml v/v% of alcohol and 100 ml of water to make 1000 ml of mother tincture for eight days.
