ABSTRACT
In this work we have tried to use different S. Mansoni Ags as a vaccine by injecting groups of mice with various ages derived from different development stages of the parasite, in addition to different fractions from adult worm Ag. This work divided into two main parts, the preliminary part which includes the preparation of different S. mansoni Ags and the fractionation of adult worm antigen preparation [SWAP]. The experimental part which includes the evaluation of the humoral immune response of these groups of mice to these different S. mansoni Ags and [SWAP] fractions using double immune diffusion test [D.I.D.T] and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay [ELISA], and to test the protective effects of these Ags preparations by calculating the percent of reduction in the number of immature challenged derived-worm after challenge the mice with 200 cercariae
