[Inflammatory pseudo tumors of the paratesticular tissue, a case report]

Inflammatory pseudo tumors of the paratesticular tissue are uncommon lesions. They are often reported in the literature by various terms. These lesions are clinically worry some evoking a malignant testicular tumor. We describe a 57-year-old man with a long time history of painless scrotal mass that encased the left testis.
