ABSTRACT

In order to train professionals in medical laboratory technology who are directly engaged in medical examination and medical laboratory work and who have strong practical ability and can adapt to the development of precision medicine, the reform of precise teaching for experiment is implemented. Through the precise stratification of experimental projects and knowledge points, the design of precise teaching activity and the construction of precise evaluation system for experiments, guided by precision medicine during the experimental process, the standardization and precision training of basic skills for students are strengthened in clinical laboratory test. The students can more well adapt to the needs of society for technical and innovative talent in the new period. The precise teaching for experiment will become one of the main characteristics of medical laboratory technology education in our school.

ABSTRACT

Objective To compare the efficacy of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and open surgery with early stage cervical cancer in elderly patients. Methods Performed a retrospective study of 195 cases underwent surgical treatment of early stage cervical cancer in elderly patients.According to different approach, the patients were divided into laparoscopic group (66 cases) and open group (129 cases). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, number of resected lymph nodes, bowel function recovery time, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications was compared between two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, bowel function recovery time, postoperative hospital stay in laparoscopic group were significantly shorter than those in open group [(237.6 ±46.9) min vs.(259.3 ± 76.7) min,(214.7 ± 104.8) ml vs.(283.4 ± 137.2) ml,(1.9 ± 1.2) d vs.(2.8 ± 1.5) d,(4.1 ± 3.5) d vs.(6.7 ± 1.4) d,P < 0.05 or < 0.01].There was no significant difference in number of resected lymph nodes and postoperative complications between laparoscopic group and open group (P > 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical hysterectomy is both safe and effective in elderly patients with early stage cervical cancer.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the potential connection between sympathetic response, heart rate and blood pressure modulation after caloric irrigation in order to study the role of vestibular stimuli in cardiovascular control. Method Efferent splanchnic nerve firing rates, ECG and blood pressure were recorded simultaneously during caloric stimuli on intact anesthetized(CON) rats(n=5), sinoaortic denervated (SAD)rats(n=5) and bilateral vestibular destroyed (VD) rats(n=5). Result It was found that after caloric stimulation with ice water mean blood pressure CON rats with intact reflex became lower and the mean heart rates became slower, splanchnic sympathetic nerve activities increased for a moment and then dropped significantly. SAD rats had significant stronger splanchnic sympathetic nerve activities VD rats after caloric stimulation, and their blood pressures changed to apposite directions. The coupled respiratory component on splanhnic sympathetic nerve activities were strongly affected by the caloric stimulation. Conclusion It is suggested that semicircular canal stimulation participate at least in the short-term blood pressure control mechanism and the role of central nervous system on respiratory drive may also be involved. Baro-reflex and vestibular afferent may play different role in the control of blood pressure they may work synergically in some physiological control processed.
