ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the impact of severe weather on road traffic injuries (RTIs). Methods Relevant literature on the impact of meteorology on the occurrence and resulting casualties of road traffic injuries was searched. Meta-analysis was performed on the included literature using state16.0 software. Results A total of 28 articles were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that heat wave, cloudy day, snowy day, rainy day and other severe weather such as storm had a statistically significant impact on the occurrence of road traffic injuries. Severe weather such as storms had a statistically significant impact on RTIs casualties. Conclusion Heat wave, cloudy day, snowy day, rainy day, storm and other bad weather are independent risk factors for the occurrence of RTIs. Storm is a risk factor for accident casualties. There is not enough evidence to show that low temperature, cold wave and heavy fog are the influencing factors of road traffic accidents.

For example, performance evaluation system of physical therapists was consisted of five primary indicators and 26 secondary indicators from the combination of RCF and job standards. Conclusion The rehabilitation worker performance evaluation based on the RCF can evaluate the performance of rehabilitation workers in a scientific, standardized and comprehensive way. It analyzes the performance of rehabilitation workers in a multi-dimensional and systematic manner with the competence of rehabilitation workers as the center, and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of the performance of rehabilitation workers at different levels of proficiency, which makes the performance evaluation of rehabilitation workers more scientific and comprehensive, and enables rehabilitation workers to understand proficiency and clarify the gap, to promote rehabilitation workers to continuously improve their own level and enhance the quality of rehabilitation services.

Occupational competency of rehabilitation professionals in International Standard Classification of Occupations was analyzed by RCF.Conclusion The rehabilitation competency framework constructed by WHO can be used to supplement the responsibilities of rehabilitation-related professionals in the International Standard Classification of Occupations issued by the International Labour Organization. RCF serves as a tool for practice managers and rehabilitation professionals in identifying selection criteria, learning objectives, and professional title assessment criteria. It can also be used in recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, salary management and career management in the field of rehabilitation human resource management.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore effective excitation and restriction mechanisms for public hospital managers under market economy conditions and establish innovation mechanisms for hospital management posts. Methods On-the-spot surveys, literature reviews and discussions were conducted to collect data, which were then analyzed using such statistical methods as description and principal component analysis. Results Investigations into existing excitation and restriction methods and purposes for public hospital managers led to the discovery of some problems in the current mechanisms and suggestions were put forward for establishing on the basis of reform in the property right system new distribution mechanisms, competition mechanisms for appointing hospital managers, and innovation mechanisms for adopting human capital management with regard to hospital management posts. It was also suggested that restriction of hospital managers' powers by rules and health policies be reinforced. Conclusion It is proposed that excitation and restriction mechanisms that fit in with market economy conditions be established.
