ABSTRACT

On-site supervision is a risk-based regulatory system that requires the scientific development of supervision plans for quality risks and hidden dangers in pharmaceutical enterprises, the rational allocation of supervision resources based on their risk levels, and the implementation of classified supervision measures. In this study, the quality risk monitoring business support system is set up for pharmaceutical enterprises by establishing the quality risk expert database and quality risk monitoring index system for pharmaceutical enterprises based on the difficulty analysis of on-site drug supervision. Based on this support system, the quality risk classification method, the differentiated spot check strategy and business auxiliary visualization system are established. This support system is used to learn the risk level of pharmaceutical enterprises, so as to innovate supervision methods and optimize monitoring strategies. Taking Jiangxi Province as an example, it is verified that the support system can guide the risk assessment of sample enterprises, can improve the targeting of on-site drug supervision in the process of technical review, scheme editing, on-site implementation and comprehensive evaluation, and can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of supervision.

ABSTRACT

In order to optimize the teaching process, improve the teaching quality and cultivate of emergency nursing talents with comprehensive quality, we systematically designed the teaching process of foreign body airway obstruction first aid. From the design ideas and curriculum innovation, we focused on the use of a variety of teaching methods, and we combined it with modern information technology, which demonstrated the practicability and operability of first aid skill. This teaching practice has proved that the systematically teaching reform design is helpful to improve the learning efficiency of nursing students and cultivate the comprehensive quality of students' emergency response ability.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of estrogen on the pain score,c-Fos and substance P expressions in the dorsal horn of the spinal cord in the mice following formalin stimulation. Methods Fifteen C57/BL6 mice were randomized to 3 groups: control group(intact mice without estrogen treatment),OVX+V group(ovariectomized mice given vehicle) and OVX+E group(ovariectomized mice with subcutaneous injection of 2 ?g/d 17?-estradiol for 10 d).Pain score was used to assay the role of estrogen in affecting pain threshold in the mice following formalin injected into the right hind paw,and expressions of c-Fos and substance P in the dorsal horn of spinal cord(L3 to L5) in 2 h after injection of formalin was tested with immunohistochemisty to evaluate neuron activity and pain afferent fibers. Results Pain score was increased in ovariectomized mice following formalin stimulation, which was inhibited by estrogen especially in the early stage of secondary phase. The number of c-Fos-like immunoreactivity neuron(FLIN,P
