ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the daily diet and living habits of Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) patients, and to explore the influencing factors of HT.Methods:The patients admitted to the Thyroid Surgery Clinic of Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Harbin Medical University from March to December 2021 were selected as the investigation subjects and were divided into observation group (106 patients with HT) and control group (63 healthy people). Questionnaire was used to collect the information of daily diet and living habits of the two groups, and physical examination was used to collect the information of height and weight. The levels of serum thyroid function indicators thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), free triiodothyronine (FT 3) and free thyroxin (FT 4) were tested by automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay, and the comparison and analysis were conducted between the two groups. Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of HT. Results:The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in sex ratio and serum TSH levels between the two groups ( P < 0.05); the proportion of people in observation group who slept for less than 6 hours per day, frequently looked at their mobile phones, ate fried food ≥1 time per week, and ate meat ≥1 kg per week was higher than that in control group; however, the proportion of people in observation group who drank tea ≥1 time per week, smoked ≥1 time per week, had a salty daily taste, ate nuts ≥1 time per week, and ate vegetables ≥1 kg per week was lower than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0.05). The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that female, slept duration < 6 hours/day, weekly meat consumption ≥1 kg, and elevated serum TSH levels were risk factors for the onset of HT [odds ratios ( OR) = 3.37, 4.11, 2.48, 1.14, and 95% confidence intervals ( CI): 1.08 - 10.55, 1.46 - 11.59, 1.00 - 6.51, 1.00 - 1.30]; eating ≥1 kg of vegetables per week was a protective factor for the onset of HT ( OR = 0.36, 95% CI: 0.17 - 0.79). Conclusion:Female, poor diet and lifestyle habits are risk factors for the onset of HT.

ABSTRACT

Chinese medicine (CM) is an important resource for human life understanding and discovery of drugs. However, due to the unclear pharmacological mechanism caused by unclear target, research and international promotion of many active components have made little progress in the past decades of years. CM is mainly composed of multi-ingredients with multi-targets. The identification of targets of multiple active components and the weight analysis of multiple targets in a specific pathological environment, that is, the determination of the most important target is the main obstacle to the mechanism clarification and thus hinders its internationalization. In this review, the main approach to target identification and network pharmacology were summarized. And BIBm (Bayesian inference modeling), a powerful method for drug target identification and key pathway determination was introduced. We aim to provide a new scientific basis and ideas for the development and international promotion of new drugs based on CM.

ABSTRACT

The FRUITFULL (FUL) gene belongs to the AP1/ FUL subfamily of the plant MADS-box family and has functions in regulating flowering time, floral meristem differentiation and fruit development. PfFUL gene sequence was derived from the perilla transcriptome data, and the basic physicochemical properties of PfFUL were analyzed by bioinformatics methods. Evolutionary relationships of PfFUL with other species of FUL were analyzed by phylogenetic tree. Plant expression vector 35S::PfFUL was constructed and used to transform wild type Col-0 and mutant ful-7 Arabidopsis to obtain overexpression 35S::PfFUL/ Col-0 and complemented mutation 35S::PfFUL / ful-7 plants respectively. Comparative phenotypic analysis was performed to preliminarily clarify the function of PfFUL gene in plant flowering and fruit development. The functions of the PfFUL gene during flowering and angular fruit development of the plants were initially clarified. The CDS of PfFUL gene is 738 bp and encodes 245 amino acids. Phylogenetic tree showed that the perilla PfFUL was closely related to Solanum lycopersicum, Salvia splendens and Salvia hispanica, but far related to Arabidopsis thaliana, Nicotiana tabacum and Vitis vinifera. Compared to Col-0 and ful-7, the transgenic plants showed early flowering (P0. 05), and the amount of wrinkled seed was significantly reduced (P<0. 01). In addition, phenotypic observations revealed that the transgenic plants also exhibited increased internode length and narrowed and curled cauline leaves. In conclusion, this study confirmed that the PfFUL gene regulates early flowering and fruit development in plants and participates in nutritional growth.

ABSTRACT

ω-3-Fatty acid desaturase 8 (FAD8), as a dehydrogenase enzyme, plays a key role in the transformation of saturated fatty acids into unsaturated fatty acids, which is helpful to enhance the freezing tolerance of plants. However, it remains unclear whether the expression level of FAD8 in Perilla frutescens is regulated by low temperature. Based on transcriptome data, the FAD8 gene was cloned, characterized and then successfully expressed in tobacco Nicotiana tabacum. The gene was designated as PfFAD8 and has a full-length coding sequence of 1 317 bp coding for 438 amino acids with a predicted molecular weight of 50 kD and a theoretical isoelectric point of 9. 13. Our research indicated that the expression of PfFAD8 in Perilla frutescens was increased under the freezing stress. To further confirm this result, a 35S::PfFAD8 vector were constructed and transformed into N. tabacum by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation. Transgenic tobacco leaves that over-expressed the PfFAD8 gene exhibited significantly higher unsaturated fatty acids (UFA) such as linoleic (C18:2) and palmitic acid (C16:0) content and advanced freezing tolerance. Moreover, PfFAD8 overexpression in transgenic tobacco leaves increases malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline (PRO) content, and enhances defense enzymes activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) to some extent under the cold condition, which might prevent the decline of UFA. Taken together, PfFAD8 overexpression in Perilla frutescens might be involved in the desaturation process of lipids leading to increased membrane stability and/ or induction of other genes related to freezing tolerance by octadecanoid pathway or lipid peroxidation products. Thus, PfFAD8 overexpression could be useful in the production of freeze-tolerant varieties of N. tabacum.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of all-cause death in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and renal insufficiency(RI), and establish a clinical prediction tool. Methods:Collected 727 patients who were hospitalized in Beijing Anzhen Hospital from January 1st 2014 to April 31th 2019, and diagnosed as AMI with RI. Recorded the patients' baseline characteristics, past medical history, current complications, laboratory and auxiliary examination results, treatment methods (included target vessel reconstruction methods, medications, etc.), and follow-up patients for all-cause deaths. Firstly, multivariate Cox regression analysis was used to construct the model in the training set(485 cases). Secondly, the receiver operating characteristic curve ( ROC), calibration curve and clinical decision curve analysis (DCA) were drawn in the validation set(242 cases) to further verify the effect of the prediction model. Finally, a nomogram was developed based on the verified risk factors. Results:Multivariate Cox regression analysis found that there were nine predictors for the prognosis of all-cause death in patients with AMI & RI, the dangerous factors included women, comorbidities, high direct bilirubin, cardiogenic shock, respiratory failure, co-infection and hemofiltration; the protective factors included PCI and taking aspirin. Model evaluation results showed that the AUC of the validation set was 0.82; the calibration line was close to the ideal calibration line, and the slope≈1, the intercept≈0, and the fitting effect was good. Clinical decision-making when the all-cause mortality rate was 35%, the net benefit of active intervention patients based on the Cox model was 38%. A visual nomogram model was developed based on the prognostic risk factors that have been evaluated and predicted to be good. Conclusion:Women, with a history of comorbidities, direct high bilirubin, combined with cardiogenic shock, combined with respiratory failure, combined infection, hemofiltration, PCI and taking aspirin, these nine factors will affect all causes of AMI & RI. For the probability of death, the model developed in this research has high accuracy.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the key gens of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC-PBMC) and potentially effective Chinese herbs based on bioinformatics, and to verify the clinical efficacy of these Chinese herbs via a systematic review. Method:The chips GSE58208 and GSE36076 of HCC-PBMC were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), followed by the identification of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) using RStudio. After protein-protein interaction (PPI) analysis by STRING, the DAVID was employed for gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis. The DEGs of HCC-PBMC were visualized by Cytoscape. The key genes of HCC-PBMC were calculated by CytoHubba plug-in and mapped with those in Coremine Medical for screening out the potential Chinese herbs for the treatment of HCC, which were then included for subsequent systematic review. Result:A total of 203 DEGs were obtained (194 up-regulated and nine down-regulated). As revealed by DAVID analysis, the DEGs were mainly enriched in such biological processes and signaling pathways as transcriptional regulation of DNA template, hydrolysis of ribonucleic acid phosphodiester bond, positive regulation of intranuclear mitosis and division, skeletal muscle fiber development, activation of mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)activity, Fanconi anemia pathway, and metabolic pathway. The key genes of HCC-PBMC were calculated by Cytoscape to be GTPase IMAP family member 1 (GIMAP1), GTPase IMAP family member 4 (GIMAP4), GTPase IMAP family member 6 (GIMAP6), GTPase IMAP family member 7 (GIMAP7), GTPase IMAP family member 8 (GIMAP8), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), CX3C chemokine receptor 1 (CX3CR1), C-C chemokine receptor type 2 (CCR2), Toll-like receptor 7(TLR7), and epidermal growth factor(EGF). Through Coremine Medical analysis, it was concluded that Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, Curcumae Longae Rhizoma, Centellae Herba, and Hedyotidis Herba were closely related to the key genes. Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma has the effects of tonifying and benefiting lung and spleen and enhancing strength, suitable for the liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome or Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome of HCC. Hence, Si Junzitang with Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma as the sovereign medicinal was included for systematic review. It has been confirmed that Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma was superior to western medicine alone in improving the overall clinical efficacy, alleviating TCM syndrome, elevating serum CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels, and reducing the serum CD8+ and TBIL levels (P<0.01), with high safety. Conclusion:This study conducted at the gene level has provided new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of HCC. The systematic review of Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma against HCC provides a basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of HCC with TCM.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the predicting effect of the disrupted functional connectivity of the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) on the efficacy of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in patients with migraineurs without aura (MwoA).Methods:From January 2019 to January 2021, seventy patients with migraine and thirty-three healthy people in the same period were selected. The functional connectivity analysis based on the ACC was used in MwoA patients with NSAIDS-effective ( n=35), MwoA patients with NSAIDS-ineffective ( n=35), and healthy controls (HCs) ( n=33). The abnormal resting-state functional connectivity patterns among the three groups were analyzed to reveal potential correlations with clinical characteristics in migraine. Then the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyze the predictive ability of the abnormal ACC functional connectivity on the efficacy of NSAIDs in patients with MwoA. Results:(1)Compared with the MwoA patients with NSAIDs-ineffective, the MwoA patients with NSAIDs-effective showed higher functional connectivity between bilateral ACC and left middle cingulate cortex (MCC) (MNI: x, y, z=0, -24, 48, cluster=14, t=3.380) and postcentral gyrus (PoCG)( MNI: x, y, z=-21, -45, 69, cluster=12, t=3.016) (all P<0.005, Bonferroni correction). Compared with the HCs, patients with MwoA showed increased functional connectivity between left ACC and ipsilateral inferior parietal lobule, middle frontal gyrus (MFG) and angular gyrus (AG), and between right ACC and right precuneus, bilateral MFG and left AG (all P<0.005, Bonferroni correction). (2)There was a positive correlation between the functional connectivity of right ACC to right precuneus and MIDAS scores ( r=0.375, P=0.035) in MwoA patients with NSAIDs-effective. In MwoA patients with NSAIDs-ineffective, there were also significant correlations between the functional connectivity of left ACC to ipsilateral AG and MFG and headache onset duration ( r=0.357, P=0.045) and disease duration ( r=-0.367, P=0.039). (3)ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve (AUC) for the functional connectivity between the right ACC and left MCC and between the left ACC and left PoCG to predict the efficacy of NSAIDs were 0.728 and 0.736, respectively. Conclusions:Resting-state functional connectivity of the ACC is involved in the evaluation and prediction for analgesic efficacy of NSAIDs in migraine patients, which provides neuroimaging evidence for further investigations on the neurophysiological mechanism of migraine and assistance in clinical individualized precise treatment.

ABSTRACT

To establish the HPLC-ELSD specific chromatogram analysis method of Rehmanniae Radix and Rehmanniae Radix Prae-parata, and analyze and compare their chemical compositions, so as to reveal the change regularity of compositions during the proces-sing. By HPLC-ELSD method, the chromatographic column for Prevail Carbohydrate ES(4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) was adopted, with acetonitrile(A)-water(B) as mobile phase for gradient elution, and the evaporative light-scattering detector was used. A total of 23 batches of Rehmannia Radix samples, and 25 batches of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata samples and processing dynamic samples were compared. The established method had a great repeatability, precision and stability. Eight common chromatographic peaks were extracted from 23 batches of Rehmanniae Radix samples, 8 common peaks were extracted from 25 Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, and 7 chromatographic peaks were identified. The composition ratio of Rehmannia Radix was changed greatly during the processing. When the simila-rity≥0.95 and the fructose peak area was more than 2 times of stachyose tetrahydrate or more than 20 times of raffinose, the processing degree conformed to the requirements of empirical identification. The three main oligosaccharides of Rehmanniae Radix were sucrose that was heated to generate fructose and glucose, stachyose tetrahydrate that was heated to generate melibiose, sucrose and fructose, and stachyose tetrahydrate that was heated to generate manninotriose. The change in the index of proportion between monosaccharides and oligosaccharides can be used as the quantitative criterion for the processing quality of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata.

ABSTRACT

Objective@#To investigate the effect of erythropoietin (EPO) on the expression of aquaporin 2-3 after the release of unilateral ureter obstruction in young rats.@*Methods@#Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups(CUUO-R group, CUUO-R+ EPO group and sham group, with 8 rats in each group). The CUUO-R model was built through unilateral ureteral ligation, after 48 h the obstruction was released.EPO was given to the CUUO-R+ EPO group at the time point of removing obstruction, and then repeated every other day for 1 week, and the same volume of saline was simultaneously given to the CUUO-R rats. The rats in sham group experienced the laparotomy and free dissection of left ureter but not ligation. The kidneys were harvested 7 d after the release of CUUO.The methods of Western blot and immunohistochemistry were used to examine the effects of erythropoietin on the expression of AQP2 and AQP3.@*Results@#The osmotic pressure of CUUO-R+ EPO group was higher than those of CUUO-R group, but lower than that of sham group(P=0.007). The concentration of creatinine and urea in the CUUO-R group[(58.001±2.416) μmol/L and (9.025±1.158) mmol/L]were higher than those of CUUO-R+ EPO group [(57.072±2.286) μmol/L and (1.479±0.043) mmol/L] and sham group [(54.820±1.536) μmol/L and (6.929±0.604) mmol/L]. The differences of the concentration of creatinine and urea between CUUO-R group and sham group were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between CUUO-R+ EPO group and Sham group(P>0.05). The immunohistochemistry showed that the expressions of AQP2 and AQP3 in co-llecting duct in CUUO-R group were significantly weaker than those of in sham group, and the expression of those in CUUO-R+ EPO group were slightly weaker than sham group. These results were further confirmed by Western blot, as the relative quantity of AQP2 and AQP3 were also the lowest in CUUO-R group(AQP2 in 3 groups were 0.974±0.109, 1.923±0.097 and 2.002±0.044, F=392.4, P=0.000; AQP3 in 3 groups were 0.941±0.048, 1.497±0.043 and 1.863±0.043, F=735.8, P=0.000).@*Conclusions@#EPO treatment is beneficial for the recovery expre-ssion of AQP2 and AQP3 as well as renal function at the early period after the release of ureteral obstruction in young rats.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of erythropoietin(EDO)on the expression and function of aqua_porin_1( AQD _1)in the kidney of young male SD rats after release of bilateral ureter obstruction( BUO _ R). Methods Porty_eight young SD rats were randomly divided into bilateral ureteral complete obstruction(BUO)group (n﹦6),BUO_R group(n﹦12),BUO_R﹢EDO group( n﹦12)and Sham group( n﹦18). The BUO model was built through bilateral ureteral ligation. BUO group were killed after 24 h,and BUO_R group and BUO_R﹢EDO group were relieved after obstruction of 24 h. EDO(500 U∕kg)was given to BUO_R﹢EDO rats at 1 h after release of BUO,and then repeated 1 d,3 d and 5 d thereafter and the same volume of 9 g∕L saline was simultaneously given to BUO_R rats. The Sham group was prepared in parallel by laparotomy and free dissection of bilateral ureters but not ligated, both side kidneys and blood samples were collected on 3 d and 7 d(24 h,3 d,7 d for Sham group)after release of BUO. The u_rine samples were collected by using metabolic cage before death. The plasma osmotic pressure, creatinine(Cr)and u_rea nitrogen(BUN)in the plasma of young rats were detected. The expression of AQD_1 protein in all groups of kidney tissues was detected by adopting immunohistochemistry and Western blot. Results On day 3 after release of BUO,24 h water intake and urine volume of BUO_R﹢EDO group were higher than those of Sham group, but lower than those of BUO group(P〈0. 05),the urine osmotic pressure of BUO_R﹢EDO group was higher than that of BUO group, but lower than that of Sham group(P〈0. 05),while plasma osmotic pressure,Cr and BUN of BUO_R﹢EDO group were higher than those of Sham group, but lower than those of BUO group(P〈0. 05),and they were all of lower than BUO group( P 〈0. 05). On day 7 after release of BUO,there was no obvious change in Sham group, and the indexes of BUO_R group and BUO_R﹢EDO group gradually recovered, but they still did not reach the normal level(P〈0. 05). The difference between BUO_R group and BUO_R﹢EDO group was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). The immuno_histochemical results showed that the expression of AQD_1 in collecting duct in BUO group was significantly down_regulated compared with that in Sham group, whereas it was slightly weaker in BUO_R group and BUO_R﹢EDO group than that of Sham group(P〈0. 05). Compared with 3 days after release of BUO,the staining intensity of BUO_R﹢EDO group and BUO_R group was enhanced, but still lower than that of the Sham group. These results were further confirmed by adopting Western blot, and BUO group was also the lowest of the four groups, and BUO_R﹢EDO group was higher than that of BUO group, but lower than that of Sham group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion EDO can promote not only the recovery of AQD_1 protein expression but also the recovery of renal function in young BUO_R rats.

ABSTRACT

The root bark of Dictamnus dasycarpus is one of common traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs). Quinoline alkaloids are one of the main active substances in this TCM and possess many biological activities including anti-titumor, anti-inflammation, anti-bacteria, anti-oxidation, and anti-platelet aggregation activities. In this study, eight quinoline alkaloids 1-8 were firstly separated from the root barks of D. dasycarpus. It was difficult to isolate more quinoline alkaloids from the remaining fraction 8 in D. dasycarpus by this conventional chemical separation, so the target analysis method combined LC-MS guided-separation of quinoline alkaloids from fraction 8 was established. MS/MS fragmentation patterns of eight quinoline alkaloids reference standard compounds 1-8 were studied by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-electrospary ionization-mass spectrometry (UPLC-ESI-MS/MS). Based on the feature fragment ion 200, the parent ion scan mode was established for the target analysis of quinoline alkaloids in fraction 8. Finally, 8-methoxyflindersine (9) and N-metilatanina (10) were discovered and isolated quickly from fraction 8 guided by LC-MS, and their structures were identified by NMR and MS. Among them, compound 10 was isolated from the genus Dictamnus for the first time. These results indicated that this method is not only quick and sensitive for analyzing the quinoline alkaloids, but also to effectively guided-separate this kind of alkaloids in the root barks of D. dasycarpus.

ABSTRACT

The original plant species of Fructus Aurantii are multitudinous and complex, and their requirements to the growing environment is strict. In order to clarify the original plant species and geographical distribution of Fructus Aurantii which recorded in the standards and circulated, used in commodity. The national and local standards of Chinese medicinal materials were collected and the original plants of Fructus Aurantii recoded in standards were found. Ten original plant species of Fructus Aurantii (including varieties of cultivars, the same below) were recorded in the Chinese pharmacopoeia and six local standards of Zhejiang, Yunnan and Guizhou etc. The producing areas and commodity in markets of Fructus Aurantii were investigated. The growth environment and geographical distribution of them were analyzed. There are six types of Fructus Aurantii i.e., Fructus Aurantii Chuan, Fructus Aurantii Xiang, Fructus Aurantii Jiang, Fructus Aurantii Qu, Fructus Aurantii Su, Fructus Aurantii Wen, and nineteen species of original plants in the practical commodities. There are four major Fructus Aurantii producing areas: Sichuan Basin, Dongting Lake Plain, Poyang Lake Plain, Jinqu Basin and its surrounding hilly areas. All of them are located in the area of the east longitude 104° to 121° and the northern latitudes 27° to 31°. There is a certain difference between the actual commodity and the standards of medicinal materials. It is suggested that the traditional mainstream types of Fructus Aurantii with fine quality should be accepted into Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and the types with poor quality should be withdrawn from Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

ABSTRACT

Nineteen compounds, including kihadanin D (1), obacunone (2), kihadanin A (3), kihadanin B (4), kihadanin C (5), limonin (6), evodol (7), fraxinellone (8), furo[2,3-b]quinolin-4-ol (9), preskimmianine (10), ifflaiamine (11), dictamnol (12), naringenin (13), diosmetin (14), wogonin (15), scopoletin (16), cleomiscosin A (17), apocynin (18), and methyl pyroglutamate (19), were isolated from the methanol extract of the root barks of Dictamnus dasycarpus by using various column chromatographies. Their chemical structures were extensively determined on basis of UV, IR, NMR, MS, and CD spectroscopic data analyses. Among them, 1 is a new limonoid, 9 was isolated from plant kingdom for the first time, 11, 13-14 and 17-19 were obtained from the genus Dictamnnus for the first time. Cytotoxicities of compounds 1-18 were tested, and the results indicated that 1 exhibited cytotoxicities against three human cancer cell lines MDA-MB-231, A549 and HT29 with IC₅₈ values of 16.22, 21.72 and 31.06 μmol·L⁻¹, respectively.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the expression of aquaporin-2 (AQP-2) in human fetus kidney and amniotic fluid at different stages of pregnancy. Methods Twenty-two cases of aborted fetuses' kidneys were collected. They were divided into 3 groups according to the pregnancy age:8 cases in 17-23 + 6 weeks,8 cases in 24-31 +6 weeks, and 6 cases in 32-38 +6 weeks.Western blot was used to examine the expression of AQP-2 in the kidney.Twenty-four cases of the amniotic fluid were collected, and they were divided into 3 groups according to the pregnancy age:10 cases in 17-23 +6 weeks,6 cases in 24-31 +6 weeks, and 8 cases in 32-38 +6 weeks.Eight cases of healthy adult morning urine were collected as positive controls. The AQP-2 protein in the amniotic fluid was detected with the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and the osmotic pressure of amniotic fluid at different stages of the pregnancy was measured with the freezing point osmometer. Results The expression of AQP-2 was increased with the extending of pregnancy age,and the AQP-2 expressions in fetus kidney of 17-23 +6 weeks,24-31 + 6 weeks and 32-38 +6 weeks were 0.986 ± 0.335,1.566 ± 0.272,and 2.080 ± 0.246,respectively,and the difference was significant (P < 0.05).The AQP-2 detected from amniotic fluid was positively correlated with the result of AQP-2 in the kidney(r =0.985,P < 0.05),and the AQP-2 expression also increased with the extending of pregnancy age:17-23 +6 weeks,24-31 +6 weeks,32-38 +6 weeks and adult urine was (30.253 ±5.843) mg/L,(35.103 ±7.271) mg/L,and (42.580 ± 1.230) mg/L and (46.493 ± 0.450) mg/L,respectively.The osmolality of the amniotic fluid of 17-23 +6 weeks,24-31 +6 weeks,32-38 +6 weeks was (272.600 ± 4.827) mmol/L,(252.00 ± 15.360) mmol/L,and (261.750 ±5.560) mmol/L,respectively,and the difference was significant(P <0.05).Conclusions The AQP-2 expression in human fetus kidneys has good correlation with amniotic fluid, which indicates that the level of AQP-2 of the amniotic fluid may reflect the expression of AQP-2 in the fetus kidney.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the influence of the hematoma involving the aortic arch in endovascular aortic repair of complicated type B intramural aortic hematoma. Methods A total of 69 patients[58men; mean age(58.1±8.9)years; range 38-77]underwent endovascular repair between February 2011 and June 2015 were retrospectively reviewed. Patients with hematoma involving about the left subclavian artery level were categorized as group A(n=28) and patients without hematoma involvement to the aortic arch were categorized as group B (n=41). Results All the patients were treated with coverd aortic stents. The success rate was 97.1% with complete isolation of lesion in 67 patients. The average follow-up period was(19.6±14.1)months. During perioperative period, no procedure related deaths was recorded. Perioperative complications include paraplegia in 1case(1.4%) in group B and stent graft-induced new entry in 2 cases(2.9%) in group A. During the follow-up period 1 case in group A within 1 month and another 1 case in group B within 1 year developed new entries at proximal end of stents. 1 case (1.4%) in group B had asymptomatic type Ⅰ endoleak 2 years after TEVAR. Conclusions Type B aortic intramural hematoma with arch involvement is not a risk factor of stent-induced new entry in perioperative period after endovascular treatment and further studies are needed. Strict control of blood pressure is essential for the prevention of stent-related complications.
