ABSTRACT

ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods146 cases of chronic renal glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given oral administration of valsartan 80mg on the basis of routine treatment.On the basis of the control group, Oral, two groups were treated for 12 weeks.The levels of LKN-1, TNF-α, T-PA and renal function were observed before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Adverse reactions.Results The levels of LKN-1 and TNF-α in group two were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the study group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the rats in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of SCr, 24h urinary protein, BUN, UCr (P<0.05), and the clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The clinical curative effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group.Conclusion TCM treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis can increase the clinical effect, safe and reliable.
