ABSTRACT

With aging population becoming increasingly prominent, more intelligent, integrated, and anthropomorphic nursing robots are becoming an important option for future home-based elderly care. However, a series of ethical dilemmas may arise when nursing robots that provide long-term services participate in the social life of the elderly as social entities. For example, the encroachment of low-level interaction between humans and nursing robots on the high-level interaction between humans, as well as the dispute over the definition of responsibility caused by unclear moral subjects. The value sensitive design theory advocates incorporating value into technical design, and based on its conceptual research, empirical research, and iterative approach, it can be found that the fundamental reason for the above-mentioned ethical dilemma lies in the confusion and dislocation of the ternary nursing relationship among human caregivers, the elderly, and nursing robots. Accordingly, this paper proposed to clarify the user status of the elderly and human caregivers, while nursing robots serve as auxiliary tools to meet the nursing needs of the elderly, protect and enhance the well-being of the elderly.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effectof Myrtol combined with Cefazolin Sodium Pentahydrate in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media in children. METHODS Totally 120 cases of pediatric acute suppurative otitis media were selected in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 and randomly divided into four groups, treated with Myrtol combined with Cefazolin Sodium Pentahydrate, Myrtol combined with Cefazolin Sodium, Cefazolin Sodium Pentahydrate, or Cefazolin Sodium, respectively. The effect and adverse reactions of the 4 groups were studied and compared. RESULTS There was no significant differences in age, sex, and average course of disease among the four groups. In Myrtol combined with Cefazolin Sodium Pentahydrate group, the clinical efficacy is better than that of the other three groups (P0.05), and both of them are better than cefazolin sodium group(P0.05). CONCLUSION Myrtol combined with Cefazolin Pentahydrate Sodium treatment was superior to the other three protocols in clinical efficacy for children with acute suppurative otitis media , and does do not increase the risk of safety.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate whether the increased plasma fibrinogen level is an independent predictor of cardiogenic embolism in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF).Methods:Ninety-eight patients with NVAF hospitalized for cardiac causes were evaluated,and 24 of them had a history of ischemic stroke.The relationship between fasting plasma fibrinogen level and ischemic stroke were analyzed.Results:After adjusting traditional cardiovascular risk factors.the patients with NVAF who had the history of ischemic stroke were significantly older than those without(mean [SD] age 73.6 [8.4]vs.69.1[10.3] years,P=0.017).1he prevalence of hypertension was significantly higher(83.3%va.66.2%,P=0.011).The proportion of patients with left ventricular systolic dysfunction was significantly higher(63.1% vs.45.9%,P=0.006),and plasma fibrinogen level increased significantly (mean [SD] 365 [108]vs.312[82] mg/dL,P=0.008).Conclusions:Plasma fibrinogen level is independently associated with a history of ischemic stroke in older patients with NVAF hospitalized for cardiac causes.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study a kind of video transformation algorithm based on FPGA in view of the present situation that the video output of X-ray equipment can not be connected to common video adapter.Methods Through the control of non-standard video signal AD sampling data read-write succession in FIFO,800 digital sampling data was output(output resolution:800?600,refresh rate:60Hz)in the period of every line of effective signal.The output module combined these data with line and field synchronized signal and transform them into standard VGA signal.Results Non-standard medical video signal could be transformed into standard medical video signal by using VHDL in normal FPGA.Conclusion The speed of this algorithm is high,and the transformation effect is clear and smooth.

J2EE-based multiplayer B/S structure is adopted. With the platform, routine management, malfunction declaration, maintenance service and data totaling can be carried out effectively.

ABSTRACT

In this study, a medical diagnosis decision support system based on hybrid genetic algorithm has been established to support the diagnosis of five common heart diseases (coronary heart disease, rheumatic valvular heart disease, hypertensive heart disease, chronic cor pulmonale and congenital heart disease). A heart disease database consisting of 352 samples was used for constructing and testing the performance of system. Cross-validation of the experimental results indicate that the system we established shows high capability of classifying these five kinds of heart diseases, the mean accuracy of classification is as high as 90.6%, and the user accuracy and procedure accuracy of each disease are both above 85.0%, showing great application prospect of supporting heart diseases diagnosis in clinics.

ABSTRACT

Small ubiquitin-like modifiers(SUMO) are ubiquitin-related proteins that can be covalently conjugated to cellular target proteins.Frequently,this modification has a key role in regulating the activities of those targets and,hence,their cellular functions.Researches show that some oncoproteins,tumor suppressors,DNA repair proteins and cyclins are target proteins of SUMO modification and the altered expression of some enzymes related to SUMO conjugation occurs in some neoplasm.It is indicated that sumoylation is important in tumor origination,development and metastasis.

Based on non - standard video feature transition algorithm library, high - speed field integration technology for FPGA digital system and VHDL hardware description language, this paper develops a real-time transition system for high-resolution non-standard medical video roentgenoscoped by X-ray.
