Piperazine drugs, N - benzyl piperazine (BZP), 1 - (3 - chlorobenzene) piperazine (mCPP), 1 - (3 - three lfuorinated methyl phenyl) piperazine (TFMPP) have excitation and hallucinogenic effects similar to MDMA. They have became the alternative LSDs, abuse of substitues in the world reported increased year by year. The paper reviewed three piperazines regulation, abuse, toxicology, detection methods, and hope to provide a reference for judicial departments to crack down on the crime of the drug uses.

The study of traditional Chinese medicine and its complex prescription gradually adopted the methods of serum pharmacology, which has become a new researching thought and a gained more attention. In this article, the background of relevant researches, methodological discussions, analysis of the advantages and problems of serum pharmacology were reviewed. The serum pharmacology, for its unique value, will certainly has a brilliant prospect in its application to the research of traditional Chinese medicine and its complex prescription.

@#Objective To explore the effect of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnoea syndrome(OSAHS)on coronary heart disease in the elder.Methods 27 aged coronary heart disease patients were selected and divided into non-OSAHS,OSAHS groups according sleep apnea-hypopnoea index(AHI).Their age,body mass index,the incidence of myocardial infarction,heart failure,arrhythmia were compared.Results There were significantly higher incidences of heart failure,arrhythmia in OSAHS group than in non-OSAHS group,as well as body mass index.Conclusion OSAHS may aggravate the coronary heart disease in elderly patients.

Objective To establish a method used for quantitative determination of bufadienolides in human liver tissues by HPLC. Methods using solid phase extraction of human liver with Oasis (HLB car-tridge coupled with reserved phase HPLC and diode array detection. Results Recoveries obtained from spiked liver for the bufadienolides were better than 70% . The linearity was studied up to 1200ng/g and the detection limits of the method was 0.4ng for cinobufotalin and bufalin, 0.5ng for cinobufagin and resibufo-genin. Conclusion This method is fast and accurate. It is useful for forensic medicine detection.

Myringoplasty using exogenous collagen membrane was carried out in 10 rabbits (20 ears) after complete removal of drumhead. The healing results were observed at 10, 20, 40, and 60 d, after operation. The 19 ears were transplanted successfully. Meanwhile, observational comparisons were made of the histology and ultrastructural morphology of the rabbits tympanic membrane before and after transplantation. The results confirmed that the graft has a good property of biocompatibility.and that it is of great practical value in the transplantation of tympanic membrane.
