ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the academic theory of "correspondence between man and nature" in Neijing. Methods Literature research combined with clinical practice. Results Neijing discusses the academic theory of nature" is the essential thoughts of "four seasons and five organs " theory. Conclusion The theory of "correspondence between man and nature" is applied to medicine to explain the body's physiological and pathological changes, guide the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease, and direct health cultivation. The theory is the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, effectively guiding clinical practice.

ABSTRACT

Objective To studythe preventive effects of modified Dihuang decoction on the relapse of urinary calculus after caiculus removed or destroyed.Methods 306 cases were randomly divided into a trealment group (with 149 cases)and a control group(with 157 cases).The trealment group was interfered with modified Dihuang decoction for 6 years,and the control group was not interfered with any medicine.Observe the relapse number in the two groups.Results There were 8 cases relapsed in the treatment group(5.4%)comparing with 46 cases relapsed in the control group(29.3%),showing a significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion Medified Dihuang decoction has apparent effects in preventing relapse of urinary calculus.

Objeetlve To discuss the significance of Yang Qi theory in"Theory of Qi Production and Its Utmost Ability-Plain Questions".Methods Inspecting and reviewing literatures combined with cfimcai practice to explore Yang Qi Qi in keeping vital movemem and balancing ying and yang was discussed.Condusion The Yang Qi theory in"Nei Jing"had far-reaching impacts on the founding and development of TCM warm-reinforcing schools,and it also effectively guides clinical practice.
