ABSTRACT

Objective@#To investigate the status and trend of low vision of junior and senior high school students in Beijing from 2009 to 2018, and to provide evidence for myopia prevention.@*Methods@#Data came from the results of physical examination of eyesight in 2009-2018 in Beijing, which were cdlected among juncor and senior high school students in March every year. Detection rate of low vision of students and the difference across different districts and counties were analyzed.@*Results@#From 2009 to 2018, the rate of low vision of high school and college entrance examination students in Beijing was on the rise, with the average rate of low vision of 86.07% and 76.36% respectively. Similar trend was found in the rate of high myopia(16.39% and 18.64%,respectively), while that of light and medium myopia tends to be stable. The highest rate of low vision among junior middle school students was in Xicheng (84.75%) District and Chaoyang District (84.03%), and for high middle school students, the highest rate of myopia was found in Fengtai District (91.17%) and Dongcheng District (89.92%).@*Conclusion@#In Beijing, the detection rate of low vision of middle school and college entrance examination students increased steadily, especially the high myopia. The health education of eyesight protection is of great significance to students. It is necessary to strengthen the extensive intervention of eyesight protection in middle and college entrance examination students.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore neurobiological mechanisms of the withdrawal-induced aversion, the changes of protein kinase A(PKA) were measured in shell of accumbens nucleus (AcbSH) of CPA model rats. Methods 1.All 36 male SD rats were divided into three groups, model group ( MN group),and control group (MS group and SN group).MN group was injected with morphine,6.5 days,10mg/kg,intraperitoneally (IP),twice per day, naloxone injection,0.3 mg/kg,ip,along with conditioned place aversion training,to develop the CPA model. The MS group was administrated equivalent volume of morphine and saline. Also the SN group was injected with equivalent volume of saline and naloxone.2.During the development of CPA,the expression of protein kinase A was assayed with immunohistochemistry in the AcbSH.Results Before the development of CPA,PKA expressions were no significant differences among the three groups in the AcbSH (F=2.306,P=0.130).However,after development of CPA,PKA expressions showed significant differences among the three groups(F =36.516,P =0.000).The average gray intensity of MN group (109.50 ± 4.661 ) was apparently higher than the MS group (126.50 ±3.697,P<0.01),than the SN group (133.50 ±6.364,P<0.01).Conclusions 1.Protein kinase A expression, leading to the aversion in the AcbSH probably is a key pathway contributing to the development of CPA.2.The neuroadaptation mediated by PKA may be one of important molecular underpinnings of CPA.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVETo appraise the clinical efficacy, safety and compliance of the intervention of spleen-restoring decoction combined with dormancy hygiene education and the intervention of spleen-restoring decoction alone on sub-healthy insomnia of deficiency of both the heart and spleen pattern.

METHODStudy design took multi-centers, blind and randomized control trial, 107 participants with sub-healthy insomnia of deficiency of both the heart and spleen pattern were assigned to A group (52 cases) which was treated with the intervention of spleen-restoring decoction combined with dormancy hygiene education and B group (55 cases) which was treated with the intervention of spleen-restoring decoction single, compared by efficacy, PSQI score, CGI score, WHOQOL-BREF score and security.

RESULTThe efficacy of two group was 79.58%. There was no significant different between them. The PSQI scores before treatment was (11.80 +/- 2.08) and which afer treatment was (6.78 +/- 2.84) of A group. The PSQI scores before treatment was (11.61 +/- 2.00) and which afer treatment was (6.73 +/- 2.27) of B group. There was significant difference in PSQI scores both A group and B group after treatment (P < 0.01); the results of CGI score and WHOQOL-BREF score before and after measurement showed the same as PSQI. There were no significant difference between two groups in all scores after treatment and there was no interaction between time pots and treatment factors . Withdrawal reaction analysis: comparing CGI after withdraw 2 weeks and at the end of treatment course, there was no significant difference between two groups. The same result was in comparison among groups.

CONCLUSIONBoth the intervention of spleen-restoring decoction integrating with dormancy hygiene education and spleen-restoring decoction had obvious clinical efficacy on treating subhealthy insomnia of deficiency of both the heart and spleen pattern, and had high compliance and safety. The intervention of spleen-restoring decoction integrating with dormancy hygiene education showed no better clinical efficacy than spleen-restoring decoction did.
