ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore a new training mode for nursing professionals suitable for the 1+X certificate system, and realize the training goal of "one specialty and multi-ability" compound technical nursing talents.Methods:To take the "1+ X" certificate standard as the basis for the construction of nursing specialty, to reconstruct the talent training program of integration of graduation certificate and certificate. To take the content of "1+X" certificate as the basis for the construction of professional courses, construct the core curriculum system of integration of curriculum and certificate. To build a "new double-qualified" teaching staff and constructing of new double-qualified teachers and accelerate the development of quality resources.Results:The talent training mode of integration of graduation certificate and certificate under the 1+X certificate system was constructed. The curriculum structure has been optimized. The teachers′ability of teaching, training and examination was improved.Conclusions:The new mode of training nursing professionals under the 1+X certificate system meets 1 degree education and X vocational training of nursing students and achieve a "1" and "X" seamless convergence. It provides innovative ideas for the promotion and implementation of 1+X certificate system pilot work in the field of nursing education nationwide.
ABSTRACT
The characteristics of electrocardiogram (ECG) signal are fuzzy and random, so that they are difficult for automatic analysis and diagnosis. To solve this problem, an uncertainties transformation model-Cloud Model, which is a fusion of qualitative and quantitative information, was tried to use to analyze the ECG signal. The model fusions the characters of fuzzy and random, just suit to the ECG automatic analysis and diagnosis system. Based on the theory of the cloudy transform and comprehensive cloud, the clustering of ECG signal was finished. Further more, the clinic experience of expert was summarized as classification rules based on the theory. The experiment data were from MIT/ BIH database. The experiment results showed more close to those of the expert's analysis. The describing result was more close to those of the more expert's with qualitative and quantitative information. It is well concluded that the method is an effective ECG signal analysis method.

By introducing patient education into the nursing care of interventional therapy, the medical workers can effectively help and encourage the patients to actively participate in and cooperate with the interventional therapy and related nursing care service. Besides, the relevant education and guidance can greatly help the patients to promote functional restoration and psychological recovery. Objective To study the content changes of ET and CGRP in MID patients and investigate the effect of cluster needling on scalp point about intelligence of MID patients. T lymphocyte subpopulation and level of soluble interleuckin 2 receptor in peripheral bloodand serum of primary hepatocellular carcinoma and donor were tested.The results show that de-crease of T lymphocyte subpopulations is related with increase of level of soluble interleuckin2 re-ceptor in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
