ABSTRACT

After this study, the association of breast cancer and pregnancy isn't exceptional: 1 to 3% according to the series, 5,4% to our. The epidemiological context is singular the early age of the menarche, the young age, the early age of the first pregnancy, the multiparity and a family previous are the factors of risk in this association. The clinic and mamographic diagnostic of cancer breast is difficult during the pregnancy. On the other hand the puncture is always possible and bring often the decisive elements to the diagnosis. The pregnancy makes worse especially the prognosis of cancer advanced, by the absence of ganglionary invadely, the maternal prognosis isn't modified, perhaps better than out of the pregnancy. At the exception of evolution forms which necessity contrast point out because useless. The castration doesn't improve the prognosis, it is to avoid to these women young. As for the obstetrical future of a woman treated for cancer of breast, isn't compromise. The prognosis of cancer of breast following of pregnancy is better than the cancer of breast in general

ABSTRACT

The evaluation of the fetal maturity by some physicochemical methods realized for the first time in the University Hospital in Casablanca, has dealt with 89 cases spaced on during 18 months. The authors have compared 2 methods of the evaluation of the foetal maturity: the determination by chromatography of the rate lecithin I sphingomyelin and of the value of the report palmitic acid I stearic acid. This study was done on amniotic fluid taken either by amniocentesis or by vaginal way. A correlation is established between the different criterions of the valuation of the pregnancy age and their reliability of the used methods is emphasized
