ABSTRACT

Objective:To detect expression level of miR-410 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),and to expose the role of miR-410 and its target genes by bioinformatics methods.Methods:Expression level of miR-410 were detected by quantitative RT-PCR in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of SLE patients,and miR-410 sequence,its target genes and Genecards database were analyzed,and analysis of GO enrichment and KEGG Pathway was further performed.Results:miR-410 expression was significantly reduced in SLE patients,and its nucleotide sequence was highly conserved among species.These genes that were predicted to be regulated by miR-410 and associated with LE pathogenesis,included FASLG,CSF2,IFNAR2,MAPK1,PLCG2,IL4 and other genes.Analysis of GO enrichment revealed that miR-410's target genes were involved in cell growth,proliferation,programmed cell death,cell differentiation,immune system development and other biological activities.Analysis of KEGG Pathway showed that the target genes of miR-410 were significantly enriched in a series of signaling pathways including pathways in cancer,cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction,glioma,melanoma,TGF-β and JAK-STAT signaling pathway.Conclusion:miR-410 maybe directly regulate its target molecules,mediate various signal pathway networks,thus participate in the occurrence and development of SLE.

ABSTRACT

This paper introduces the setting and configuration of our hospital's fPACS workstation, which is developed by the First Military Medical University. The fPAX video workstations are used as the terminals, including fPAX sampling workstation for video, picture and number, fPAX diagnosis workstation, fPAX clinician workstation and fPAX consultation center workstation. The workstation is equipped with an IBM4 2G host computer, an 80G fixed disc, an EMS memory more than 512M and a SONY 21″ pure flat display. Our experience of building PACS workstation proves that the reasonable setting and configuration is helpful to save the money and increase the efficiency.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the value of different surgical methods in the treatment of the displaced femoral neck fracture of the elderly. Methods An follow up study was done on 89 cases older than 65 years who were treated with internal fixation, femoral head arthroplasty and total hip joint replacement between 1998 and 2003 to compare the difference upon operation time, blood loss, duration of hospitalization, joint function evaluation one and two years after operation, complications and reversion rate. Results The internal fixation group had the shortest operation time and hospitalization and the least blood loss but the longest immobilization time, highest complication rate and reversion rate as well as the worst joint function. While the total hip joint replacement group had the least immobilization time, the lowest complication rate and reversion rate, best joint function but required better health condition. The femoral head arthroplasty group had the least operation injury but had relative higher reversion rate and worse joint function compared to the total hip joint replacement group. Conclusion Total hip joint replacement is suitable for the displaced femoral neck fractures of the elderly, especially those who are active have relative longer life expectancy and good general condition.

ABSTRACT

Objective To design capsule of gas-produced powder.Methods Glutin capsule was prepared with 0.50g gas-produced powder medicine packed in.Objects were divided randomly into three groups,and were given 2,5,10 grains dose separately.Then every object was scanned by CT and their attitudes were investigated on taking the medicine.Results 2 grains dose produced less gas,and stomach cavity were not filly distended;5,10 grains dose produced more gas,and stomach cavity were filly distended.After 5 minutes,CT image displayed capsule did not produce gas fully;after 10 to 15 minutes,capsule produced gas fully;after 20 minutes,gas decreased.Objects could accept 2 or 5 grains dose,but unwillingly accepted 10 grains dose.Conclusion Capsule of gas-produced powder produces gas steadily and lasts long.5 grains dose is suggested and the patient should take scan 10~15 minutes after taking capsules.
