ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT Introduction: The competitive level of tennis has increased in recent years, challenging researchers to promote a higher level of endurance and performance of its practitioners. Objective: Analyze the impacts of CrossFit training on the performance of tennis athletes. Methods: This work conducted a four-week experiment with 50 professional tennis players, introducing a protocol based on CrossFit training to the experimental group. Levels of sports endurance and competition performance were statistically analyzed before and after the experiment. It was also analyzed whether CrossFit training could effectively improve tennis players' sports endurance and performance level. Results: After the intervention, the time required for the tennis players to take off and hit the ball 20 times in three steps after the recoil was reduced from 71.12 seconds before the experiment to 60.04 seconds in the experimental group. The forehand strike's linear and diagonal speeds increased by 11.00% and 6.57%, respectively. And the number of effective and accurate balls in the recoil increased by 5.87% and 5.58%. Conclusion: CrossFit training can improve tennis players' sporting endurance, playing a positive role in improving the players' level. RESUMO Introdução: O nível competitivo do tênis tem se elevado nos últimos anos, desafiando os pesquisadores na promoção de um maior nível de resistência e desempenho dos seus praticantes. Objetivo: Analisar os impactos do treinamento de CrossFit sobre o desempenho dos atletas de tênis. Métodos: Este trabalho conduziu uma experiência de quatro semanas com 50 tenistas profissionais, introduzindo um protocolo baseado no treinamento de CrossFit ao grupo experimental. Níveis de resistência esportiva e o desempenho na competição foram analisados estatisticamente antes e depois do experimento, também foi analisado se o treinamento CrossFit poderia efetivamente melhorar a resistência esportiva e o nível de desempenho dos tenistas. Resultados: Após a intervenção, o tempo necessários para os tenistas decolarem e baterem na bola por 20 vezes em três etapas após o recuo foi reduzido de 71,12 segundos antes do experimento para 60,04 segundos, no grupo experimental. A velocidade linear e a velocidade diagonal da batida dianteira também aumentaram em 11,00% e 6,57%, respectivamente. Sendo que o número de bolas efetivas e de bolas precisas no recuo aumentaram em 5,87% e 5,58%. Conclusão: O treinamento de CrossFit pode melhorar a resistência esportiva dos tenistas, desempenhando um papel positivo na melhora do nível dos jogadores. RESUMEN Introducción: El nivel competitivo del tenis ha aumentado en los últimos años, desafiando a los investigadores en la promoción de un mayor nivel de resistencia y rendimiento de sus practicantes. Objetivo: Analizar los impactos del entrenamiento de Crossfit en el rendimiento de atletas de tenis. Métodos: Este trabajo realizó un experimento de cuatro semanas con 50 tenistas profesionales, introduciendo en el grupo experimental un protocolo basado en el entrenamiento CrossFit. Se analizaron estadísticamente los niveles de resistencia deportiva y rendimiento en competición antes y después del experimento, también se analizó si el entrenamiento de Crossfit podía mejorar eficazmente la resistencia deportiva y el nivel de rendimiento de los tenistas. Resultados: Después de la intervención, el tiempo requerido por los tenistas para despegar y golpear la pelota durante 20 veces en tres pasos después del retroceso se redujo de 71,12 segundos antes del experimento a 60,04 segundos en el grupo experimental. La velocidad lineal y la velocidad diagonal del golpe de derecha también aumentaron un 11,00% y un 6,57%, respectivamente. Siendo que el número de pelotas efectivas y de pelotas precisas en el retiro aumentaron en 5,87% y 5,58%. Conclusión: El entrenamiento de Crossfit puede mejorar la resistencia deportiva de los tenistas, desempeñando un papel positivo en la mejora del nivel de los jugadores. ABSTRACT

Objective@#To explore the hot issues and developing trend of the research of campus bulling,and to provide a reference for the research on campus bullying.@*Methods@#The power of research, high-impact authors, highly cited journals, high-frequency keywords, and burst terms related to school bullying from the Web of Science database were analyzed using CiteSpace software. The data collection time was May 9, 2018.@*Results@#A total of 3 561 literature data were obtained. The results showed that the country with the highest number of publications was the United States; England had the highest centrality and was in a critical position in the research. The University of Turku in Finland was the core research institution. Salmivalli C was the author of the highest publication, Olweus D was the most frequent cited author. The high-impact journal was Aggressive Behavior. In terms of high-frequency keywords, the core vocabulary such as bully, adolescence, and victim were listed. Middle school students were the most frequently studied; in the form of bullying, the frequency of violence, aggression, and cyberbully was more common; depression, mental health and health appeared more frequently in terms of bullying outcomes. Mutant words including school children, bullying, victimization, relational aggression were more common.@*Conclusion@#The research hotspots on campus bullying during the past decade include violence, gender, social support, and mental health. Bullying among college students will be a hot research topic in the future. Continued efforts should be carried out in the field of campus bullying in China.

ABSTRACT

Objective@#To analyze the specific effects of different education methods on AIDS in colleges of ethnic minority areas, and explore effective ways to carry out AIDS education in colleges of ethnic minority areas.@*Methods@#A baseline survey was conducted among 3 000 ethnic freshmen in a university in Guangxi. Different AIDS education methods (traditional education group, peer education group, situational role-playing group) were implemented according to the different distribution of the campus(traditional education group, peer education group and situational role-playing group). The awareness rates of basic AIDS knowledge, AIDS prevention knowledge and the positive selection rate of AIDS-related attitude of the three groups of students before and after intervention were statistically analyzed.@*Results@#Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the awareness rate of basic AIDS knowledge, AIDS prevention knowledge and positive selection rate of AIDS-related attitudes among traditional education group, peer education group and situational role-playing group(χ2=0.19,1.59,0.80,P>0.05). After intervention, the awareness rate of basic AIDS knowledge, AIDS prevention knowledge and positive selection rate of AIDS-related attitudes among the three groups were not significant(P<0.05). The awareness rate of basic AIDS knowledge, AIDS prevention knowledge and positive selection rate of AIDS-related attitudes in peer education group and situational role-playing group were significantly higher than those in traditional education group(χ2=47.51,22.26,90.83,P<0.05), the awareness rate of basic AIDS knowledge and the positive selection rate of AIDS-related attitudes in situational role-playing group was significantly higher than that in peer education group.@*Conclusion@#The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among ethnic minority students in college in Guangxi is still at a low level. Traditional education, peer education and situational role-playing education can effectively improve the awareness of AIDS among ethnic minority students,and situational role-playing education is more effective.

ABSTRACT

AIM: To conclude the characteristics of flash visual evoke potentials (FVEP), and pattern visual evoke potentials (PVEP) of the healthy school-age children.And to compare the two methods, in order to find the association of them, and to find the impact of sex, age, and the other biological variables.METHODS: A total of 101 healthy children were recruited (age from 5 to 14.4y, mean 8.27y).Each of them was underwent FVEP and PVEP examinations.Then the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 13.0.RESULTS: The curves of PVEP are simple and stable, while FVEP waveforms are variable.The latency of P100 of females is shorter than males.However there was no significant difference for FVEP in sex control.To compare the parameters between the two hemispheres, the amplitude of P100 of left eyes were higher than the right side.FVEP showed no difference in the two hemispheres either.There was no significant difference for age-dependent decreased in neither PVEP nor FVEP.And in a regression analysis of the FVEP and PVEP, we could not find the inner connection of the two methods.CONCLUSION: Based on our research, there were no significant differences in age level or sex control in the period of school-age children.And there is no inner connection of the two methods.The differences between the PVEP and FVEP results might be due to the origin of these two responses.And these two stimuli should be used in a complementary manner not as alternative examinations.

Teaching of clinical practice is the most important part of education of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine(TCM).We plan to make clinical rotation internships,standardize the whole process of internships,standardized management of clinical teaching,in order to achieve our objectives of TCM Clinical teaching.We hope to guide the medical students to link theory with clinical practice during clinical rotation internships,set up clinical thinking of intern,and practice the basic skills and operating specifications of intern.

ABSTRACT

White-rot fungi is a kind of basidiomycetes making wood rotten. For their particular metabolism and extracellular degrading ability, they can degrade a lot of organic pollutants, and then become the hot point of international academic research. This paper reviews the recent research progress in many aspects,such as the sort and degradation mechanism of white rot fungus, advances in applied research for white rot fungi on industry and environmental pollution disposal and so on. In addition, some suggestions on the prospective application in the composting of municipal solid waste are presented in the end.
