ABSTRACT
ObjectiveTo study the efficacy of community rehabilitation combined with drug therapy on rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia in rural communities， and to provide references for community rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia in rural areas of our country. MethodA total of 81 patients in rural communities of three towns in Lanzhou new area who met the diagnostic criteria of International Classification of Diseases， tenth edition （ICD-10） were randomly divided into study group （n=39） and control group （n=42）. Both groups received general drug treatment. On this basis， the study group received community rehabilitation intervention for 6 months. Before and after intervention， Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS）， Activity of Daily Living Scale （ADL）， Social Disability Screening Schedule （SDSS） and Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale （SQLS） were used to assess the psychotic symptoms， social function and quality of life in two groups. ResultsAfter intervention， the PANSS total score ［（55.54±14.75） vs. （63.52±13.95）， t=-2.504， P=0.014］， negative symptom factor score ［（15.64±4.50） vs. （18.38±5.13）， t=-2.547， P=0.013］ and general psychopathological factor score ［（25.67±7.39） vs. （30.35±6.60）， t=-3.015， P=0.003］ of the study group were lower than those of the control group. The SDSS score ［（8.21±3.78） vs. （10.21±4.67）， t=-2.118， P=0.037］ and SQLS score ［（18.97±6.23） vs. （22.43±8.04）， t=2.150， P=0.035］ of the study group were lower than those of the control group. ConclusionCommunity rehabilitation combined with drug therapy may help alleviate psychotic symptoms， improve social function and improve quality of life in patients with schizophrenia in rural communities.
ABSTRACT
Objective:To Chinesize Post-Event Processing Inventory Trait (PEPI-T) and verify the reliability and validity of its application in high school students.Methods:First, the PEPI-T was translated and pre-measured, then the wording according to the pre-measurement results was adjusted and back-translated.Then, the Chinese version of PEPI-T(PEPI-T-C) was finalized.In total, 947 adolescents aged from 15 to 19 were recruited to complete Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents, Short Mood and Feelings Questionnaire, General Self-Efficacy Scale and PEPI-T-C, which were used as validity indicator.Results:Confirmatory factor analysis results showed that the PEPI-T-C still followed the three dimentions of self-judgement, frequency and intensity of the original scale and showed good model fit indices (χ 2/ df=2.59, RMSEA=0.04, CFI=0.97, TLI=0.95, SRMR=0.03). The internal consistency coefficients for PEPI-T-C was 0.78, while the three subscales was (0.44-0.75). PEPI-T-C and its subscales were significantly correlated with social anxiety and depression ( r=0.22-0.43, all P<0.01). The subscale of intensity showed significant correlation with self-efficacy( r=-0.11, P<0.01). PEPI-T-C and its subscale of self-judgement and frequency showed no significant correlations with self-efficacy( P>0.05). Conclusions:PEPI-T-C showed an acceptable reliabilities and validities in Chinese high school students, and would be used to assess their post-event rumination.Future research should examine the psychometric properties of PEPI-T-C in other Chinese adolescents’ samples.
ABSTRACT
To explore how to formulate the case conceptualization of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in the perspective of cognitive theory and behavioral theory. The current study utilized the cognitive behavioral conceptualization model to account for the development and maintenance of obsessive-compulsive symptoms of a college student with OCD. An intervention strategy combining exposure and reaction prevention (ERP) with cognitive techniques was implemented within a 17-session individual counseling in 13 weeks. Client's anxious, depressive and obsessive-compulsive symptoms were assessed at baseline and after 13-week intervention with the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS), respectively. Results showed a significant decrease in anxiety and depressive symptoms. The score of Y-BOCS decreased from 25 to 11 after intervention, which indicated normal social functioning. These findings suggested that the cognitive theory and behavioral theory of OCD could effectively guide the process of case conceptualization and the counselling practice.
ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the feasibility of 3-D printing technology in the application of proxi-mal tibial epiphyseal injury fracture surgery for teenagers. Methods Clinical materials of the 8 patients with proxi-mal tibial epiphyseal injury fracture who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to March 2016 were retro-spectively analyzed. CT data of all patients was collected before the surgery and was used for fracture 3-D recon-struction with Minics software to print out the 1:1 physical model. Meanwhile,surgical simulation was carried out on the 3-D model to design the internal fixation scheme,and all intraoperative operations were implemented in line with the preoperative planning. Postoperative brace immobilization and the early-stage function exercise were taken and growth situation of the affected limbs and fracture healing were observed and recorded. In line with the modified Hohl and Luck knee score standards,knee functional score was taken 12 months after the surgery. Results All pa-tients received postoperative follow-up service for 12 to 18 months,with the average of 15.3 months. All patients were bony union,with the excellent knee score rate of 100%. The full-length axis of two limbs was compared be-tween the postoperative reexamination and no premature skeleton closure. Pronation and supination of the knee,un-stable joints and other complications were investigated. No obvious differences were found among the activity of the affected limbs and 12-month growth length after the surgery and that of the uninjured side. Conclusions 3-D printing technology is a strong clinical guidance to the treatment of proximal tibial epiphyseal injury fracture surgery for teenagers.

This study discussed how to make a cognitive behavioral therapy-orientated case formulation for the client who was diagnosed as adjustment disorder,and also the importance of the role of case formulation in guiding the whole counseling process.Four months before the client asked for psychological help,he gradually showed symptoms of depression,insomnia,work inefficiency and being suspicious of self-capacity because of the promotion and the change of supportive system.We did the psychological counseling aiming at his cognitive,emotional and behavioral problems.In addition,the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI),Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) and Subjective Units of Distress Scale (SUDs) were used to evaluate his emotional condition before,after and during the counseling.Results demonstrated that the client's emotional,cognitive and social functions were significantly improved,achieving the expected goals.In conclusion,the cognitive behavioral therapy-orientated case formulation for adjustment disorder could effectively guide the counseling practice.
ABSTRACT
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of entecavir combined with pegylated interferons in the patients with hepatitis B.Methods: Totally 72 patients with hepatitis B were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 36 ones in each.The patients in the experimental group were treated with entecavir combined with pegylated interferons, and those in the control group were treated with entecavir.The clinical indicators in the two groups were detected and compared after the 24-week, 48-week and 6-month treatment.The adverse drug reactions in the two groups were recorded and compared.Results: After the 24-week treatment, the differences in the clinical indicators between the groups were not statistically significant (P >0.05).After the 48-week and 6-month treatment, the clinical indicators in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion: Compared with entecavir, pegylated interferon combined with entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B shows better clinical effect and security, which is more worthy of clinical promotion.

OBJECTIVE@#To observe the effect of garlic oil combined with 5-FU induced apoptosis of adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line ACC-M.@*METHOD@#Human salivary in adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line AC-M was cultured, divided into the experimental group (5-FU group, garlic oil group, garlic oil + 5-FU group) and the control group, to observe the growth activity of tumor cells by MTT methods; to analyse the changes of cell cycle and apoptosis rate by flow cytometry.@*RESULT@#MTT experiments showed that 5-FU, garlic oil, garlic oil and 5-FU on ACC-M cells have inhibition in different concentration, with the increase of concentration and action time of the rise; Cell cycle analysis showed significant changes in flow cytometry. With the increase of concentration and the acting time, the G0/G1, phase of the cell ratio increased, S had no significant change, but G2/M phase cells decreased. Apoptosis rate display showed garlic oil combined with 5-FU induced apoptosis of ACC-M cells was significantly stronger than single group.@*CONCLUSION@#Garlic oil can effectively induce the apoptosis of adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line ACC-M. The effect of garlic oil combined with 5-FU on ACC-M cells was stronger than the garlic oil, 5-FU used alone.

Objective:To study the relationship between facial nerve and surrounding vessels. Methods:Dissect skull of cadaver 40 sides of 20 cases: open the calvaria and clean the cerebrum, then open the tentorium of cerebellum, object and measure distance between the facial nerve and the nearest vessel, follow the course of it. Results:60%(24/40) of the arteries have the comprission with the facial nerve; among the nearest vessels, 87.5%(35/40) of them are anterior inferior cerebellar artery, and 12.5% (5/40) are posterior inferior cerebellar artery; the distances between facial nerve and the nearest vessels are from zero to 5.78mm, with an average of 1.14 mm; 94.3%(33/35) of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery emitted from the lower 2/3 of the basic artery. Conclusion:The most familiar vessel next to the facill nerve is the anterior inferior cerebellar artery, and the second is the posterior inferior cerebellar artery; most of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery emitted from the basic artery, exactly, the lower 2/3 of the artery.
ABSTRACT
<p><b>OBJECTIVES</b>To provide the anatomical basis for surgical treatment of extraforaminal lumbar disc herniation (EFLDH) by paraspinous muscle splitting approach and to investigate the effect of its application.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>The relationship among the intertransverse processes, lateral margin of the pars interarticularis, anterior ramus of the lumbar nerve, and anterior ramus of the lumbar artery was studied in 34 cadaveric specimens. From October 1993 to October 1999, eleven cases of extraforaminal lumbar disc herniation were treated by paraspinous muscle splitting approach and retroperitoneal approach.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>In the extraforaminal region, the anterior ramus of the lumbar artery and venus locate ventrally to the superior half of the intertransverse space, and the anterior ramus of the lumbar artery runs downward behind the nerve. The distance from the lateral margin of the pars interarticularis to the nerve root and the angle between the nerve root and midline sagittal plane were 1.0 - 2.0 cm and 7 degrees - 25 degrees respectively which increased gradually from L(1) to L(5). The period of follow up in 10 of 11 cases was 23 - 98 months. Evaluation according to Low Back Outcome Score showed excellent results in 8 cases, and good in 2.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Surgical treatment of EFLDH by paraspinous muscle splitting approach is safe, effective and minimal invasive.</p>

Objective To study the relation between the trigeminal nerve and the superior cerebellar artery. Methods The authors dissected 20 cadaver skulls (40 sides):we firstly opened the calvaria and cleaned the cerebrum, then opened the tentorium of cerebellum and observed the relation between the trigeminal nerve and the superior cerebellar artery, as well as measured the distance between them, finally inspected the trend of the superior cerebellar artery. Results In the study the nearest blood vessel to the trigeminal nerve was the superior cerebellar artery, with a distance of 0～8 1 mm (mean, 2 19 mm). All the superior cerebellar arteries had rostral and caudal branches. Approximate 47 5% of the superior cerebellar arteries (19/40) crossed with trigeminal nerves, and in 87 5% of the superior cerebellar arteries (35/40) the closest site to the trigeminal nerve was the junction of the main trunk and the rostral or caudal branches. Conclusions The superior cerebella artery usually gives off rostral and caudal trunks. The junction of the main trunk and the rostral or caudal branches is nearest to the trigeminal nerve.
