ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the psychological intervention combined with intracapsular injection of kidney fat in the treatment of nephropathy clinical analysis, looking for effective treatment. Methods 140 patients with nephropathy were enrolled in our hospital from March 2014 to September 2016.Patients were randomly divided into study group(n=70) and control group(n=70) according to the international character table method.Group of patients with a single renal fat capsule drug injection therapy, the study group to be combined with psychological intervention + kidney fat intracapsular injection of drug treatment, the treatment cycle after the end of two groups of patients compared with 24 hours of urine protein quantification, urine microalbumin; The incidence of adverse events in the two groups of patients was compared between the two groups of patients with emotional status(SAS, SDS scale). Results The levels of urinary albumin in the study group were(139.75±20.04) μg/min, and the 24h urine protein level was(1.43±0.59) g/24h significantly lower than the control group(189.74±19.54) μg / min,(4.77±2.14) g / 24h(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.29%, which was lower than that of the control group(7.14%).However, there was no significant difference between the two groups. The self-rating scale of the study group(32.35±2.19)(38.65±3.54) points were lower than the control group(55.97±2.14) points,(54.21±7.89) points(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with intracapsular injection of renal capsule can significantly improve the renal function of patients, can interfere with the patient's bad mood, and high security, health care workers can be promoted.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Reducing perioperative blood loss in total hip arthroplasty is a hot topic for joint surgeons. Both intravenous infusion and intra-articular injection of tranexamic acid significantly reduce perioperative blood loss, blood transfusion volume, and need for blood transfusion in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty. However, differences between the intravenous and intra-articular methods are not clear.OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of these two tranexamic acid administration methods on perioperative blood loss in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.METHODS: We are conducting a prospective, single-center, open-label, randomized, controlled clinical trial at the Tengzhou Central People's Hospital, China. Ninety patients undergoing unilateral total hip arthroplasty have been randomized into three groups. In the intravenous infusion group (n=30), 15 mg/kg tranexamic acid diluted in 100 mL physiological saline was infused intravenously at the beginning of surgery and 20 mL of physiological saline was injected intra-articularly after deep fascia suturing. In the intra-articular injection group (n=30), 100 mL of physiological saline was infused intravenously at the beginning of surgery and a mixture of 1.5 g tranexamic acid and 20 mL physiological saline was injected intra-articularly after deep fascia suturing. In the control group (n=30), 100 mL of physiological saline was infused intravenously at the beginning of surgery and 20 mL of physiological saline was injected intra-articularly after deep fascia suturing. The primary outcome is hidden blood loss at 1 and 3 days postoperatively. The secondary outcomes are visible blood loss, need for blood transfusion, and mean blood transfusion volume intraoperatively and on days 1 and 3 postoperatively. Other outcomes are the incidence of adverse reactions and complications within 3 months of surgery. The study protocol has been approved by the Ethics Committee of Tengzhou Central People's Hospital of China, approval number 2015-026. All protocols will be performed in accordance with the Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects in the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was provided by each patient and their family members after they indicated that they fully understood the treatment plan.DISCUSSION: This trial was designed in April 2015. Cases were collected in July 2015. Data analysis will be finished in December 2017. This study is designed to investigate the effects of intravenous infusion versus intra-articular injection of tranexamic acid on perioperative blood loss in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty to determine the more effective mode of administration.

ABSTRACT

Objective To understand the operators'psychosomatic health status in nuclear power plant;and provide the scientific basis of measures for preventing and reducing mental disorders in operators. Methods The Psychosomatic Health Battery(PSHB) was used to assess the psychosomatic health status in 109 operators who were random selected from Qinshan nuclear power plant, etc. They were tested from lie, emotional stability, liveliness, tension, apprehension, mental health, such as psychopathic deviatesuch 7 personality traits. Results Lie < 8,all inspected groups were normal.Psychopathic deviate:98.2% for normal group 0.9% for both of groups occurred possible mental health problems and confirmed mental health problems ;Mental health:80.7% (88/109) for fine mental health ones,29.4% (32/109) for those with excellent mental health,51.4% (56/109) for good mental health ones,13.8% (15/109) for general mental health ones,5.5% (6/109) for poor mental health ones.Age factor could influence the mean values of the factors of apprehension, tension, mental health and psychopathic deviate.Correlation analysis showed that there was a correlation between tension and psychopathic deviate(r = 0.664 ,P < 0.01),and the other correlation coefficient was between apprehension and mental health(r =-0.789 ,P < 0.01).Conclusions There is an excellent condition of psychosomatic health in most of the operators, however, there are still a very small percentage of psychosomatic disorders among these operators,to improve the quality of their psychosomatic health, psychological counseling should be particularly strengthened to those with problems of psychosomatic health.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the personality features of nuclear power plant operators and the influencing factors thereof. Methods Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory was used to examine the personality features of 136 nuclear power plant operators randomly selected from 2 cooperative units, all males. The results were compared with the nationwide norms and subsequently an inter-block contrast analysis was carried out. Results Obvious difierence was observed in the final scores between the nuclear power plant operators and nationwide norms. The former got higher scores on hysteria(t=3.05,P<0.05).and lower scores on hypochondriasis, depression, morbid personality,masculinity-femininity,paranoia,psychasthenia,schizophrenia,hypomania,and social introversion(t=7.47,7.47,7.3 1,2.23,15.09,16.15,19.28,7.88,11.10,P<0.05).The scores on hypochondriasis, depression, schizophrenia, and social introversion of those with the length of services over 3 years were all significantly higher than those ofwith the length of services less than 3 years(t=3.25,2.51,2.76,3.00,P<0.05).The scores on hypochondriasis,depression,psychop8thicdeviate,and social introversion of the operators aged over 30 were all significantly higher than those of the operators aged below 30(t=2.36,2.35,2.01,2.54,P<0.05).Conclusions The psychological quality of the nuclear power plant operators is superior to that of the general population.
