The reasons of the scientific fraud are analyzed from the following aspects: First,the specification of scientific research.Second, the Matthew effect in the society activity.Third,the encouragement mechanism in the scientific research and title award standard of scientific researchers.Fourth,the professional morality of scientific researchers.The conclusion of this paper is the elimination of scientific fraud is a system project.
